When Sheriff Principal Edward Farquharson Bowen QC presided over the trial of Robert Green, he did so as a lawman with a track record of coming to the aid of a paedophile.
Donald Smith, 35, of Printfield Terrace, Aberdeen, was charged with indecency against a nine-year-old boy in October 1998.
When the case called in 2001 at Aberdeen Sheriff Court his lawyers claimed his human rights had been breached because of a failure to bring him to trial within a reasonable time.
Sheriff Noel McPartlin rejected the plea but allowed leave to appeal.
That appeal was upheld by Lord Kirkwood, sitting with Lord Abernethy and Sheriff Principal Edward Bowen QC.
Note the similarities with the Hollie Greig case: Aberdeen in the late 90s – long delay before looking at the case etc.

Three appeal judges overturned the ruling.
A man accused of sexually abusing a young boy has escaped prosecution because of a 25-month delay in bringing him to trial.Lawyers for Donald Smith had argued that his human rights had been breached by the length of time the Crown took over the case.That submission was initially rejected by a sheriff in Aberdeen.
However, three appeal judges have now ruled that the charges should be dismissed.Lord Kirkwood, the senior judge, said no satisfactory explanation had been given for the “unreasonable” delay.

“I thought I would be given a fair hearing and once I had proved my innocence I would be given my children back,” he said.
“Now I am told that I will never see my children again. Where is the fairness in it?
Backlog of cases
“If they think I will take that lying down they are living in a dream.”
The Justiciary Appeal Court in Edinburgh heard that Mr Smith was arrested and charged in May 1999, but his trial would not have started until June 2001.
The appeal judges were told that the procurator fiscal’s office in Aberdeen was suffering chronic staff shortages which led to a backlog of 500 cases at one point.

It seems to me this case shows yet again how our justice system fails children

Defence counsel Andrew Brown said the “inactivity and error” by the Crown had not been satisfactorily explained.He said there had been three periods of delay before the papers were passed on to a team dealing with more serious cases – where they were “lost track of” for three months.
There was “very little activity” between 25 November 1999 and 1 June the following year, added Mr Brown.
He said it was not a complex case and that his client was not responsible for any of the delays.
Advocate depute Ian Armstrong QC argued that the delay was not so unreasonable that it amounted to a breach of Mr Smith’s human rights.
Fast-track arrangement
He said there had been “significant pressure of business” on the fiscal’s office in Aberdeen and that the case had been further complicated because of the involvement of another man.
Margaret McKay, the chief executive of the Children 1st charity, said she was “shocked but not surprised” by the case.
“It seems to me this case shows yet again how our justice system fails children.
“We believe cases where children are victims and witnesses ought to be part of a fast-track arrangement within our courts,” she said.
The Crown Office said problems at the Procurator Fiscal’s office in Aberdeen had been addressed and stressed that child abuse cases were given priority.

Justice?
I would like to take this opportunity to bring everyone up-to-date regarding recent events but would first like to thank again all of you who have offered their support and expressed their objection to Sheriff Principal Bowen`s personal decision to convict me on a Breach of the Peace charge.

Especially I cannot really find appropiate words to express my thanks to those of you who came to the court, day after day, to witness what I believe to be another unacceptable incidence of bias against me by the Scottish justice system. Those of you in Scotland who have so gallantly stood by me represent the true face of Scotland - brave, loyal, fair-minded and thoroughly decent and compassionate.

I have no doubt that my prospects of a successful defence were impaired unacceptably by the Sheriff`s decision to deny me the testimonies under oath of two key defence witness who had both been formally cited, Procurator Fiscal Stephen McGowan and former Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini.

As events progressed, it became clear that the integrity of the trial was compromised by the fact that McGowan, leading for the prosecution, was himself being protected from having to answer pertinent questions about his own conduct and influence.

In the case of Angiolini, in many ways the central figure whose failings led directly to my being charged, she would have had to face some telling questions on oath had our citatation not been blocked by Bowen`s intervention. Under Scottish law, it would not have been necessary for her to answer questions that may incriminate herself, but it would surely have been in the interests not only of the defence, but for Scotland in general as to how she would respond to the matter of who paid Levy &McRae for her private legal actions, a question she has persistently failed to answer to a formal request from a senior public official, the Freedom of Information Commissioner, Mr Kevin Dunion.

As we were denied Angiolini`s opportunity to speak on this specific topic, amongst others, I formally made a complaint yesterday at the police station in Dunblane, where she resides, having been invited to take this course of action by a letter from Lothian and Borders Police. The constant evasions by Angiolini in responding to a perfectly simple official question would strongly indicate, in my view, that a serious criminal offence has taken place, which I have been given to understand should be termed the misappropriation of public funds.

Regardless of opinions on the Hollie Greig case or on mine, surely no one can reasonably take a view other than that the former Lord Advocate has conducted herself in an unacceptable manner leading to the gravest suspicion of her culpability over the likely criminal misuse of public funds.

One of the most important facts to emerge from the trial was that following Hollie`s lengthy interview with PC Lisa Evans on the 8th September 2009, which I witnessed, not one of the named alleged perpetrators, not one of the alleged victims, nor any of the expert medical witnesses whose reports completely supported Hollie`s allegations were ever questioned by Grampian Police. Of course, contrary to police procedures in such cases involving the sexual abuse of children were the computers of the alleged perpetrators seized or examined. One of the main reasons for this is that whilst rape is inevitably a complex issue as far as proof is concerned, the downloading of child pornography is not. It is a known fact that abusers generally avail themselves to this type of crime and given the sheer number of those named by Hollie, there can surely be no rational explanation for Grampian Police`s failures.

As we have said so often, Hollie`s competence and honesty has never been in any doubt, as admitted by Grampian Police themselves. The condition of Down`s Syndrome leads to those who have the condition to describe past events exactly as they have experienced them, without the facility to fabricate or embellish. Hollie Greig is therefore the best type of witness one could have in acase such as this, unlike any of her alleged attackers.

Thanks to extra information alluded to or gleaned during the trial, particularly from witness Rosemary Murray, someone certainly not involved in the abuses, I have every reason to believe that two specific witnesses in particular, committed perjury during the course of the trial.

Naturally, I have always stressed that my chief objective in the campaign is to secure a proper public inquiry into the repeated failures and obstructions of the authorities in dealing adequately with all the allegations and other matters, including the death of Robert Greig.

Indeed, if any proper police investigation had taken place it would have exonerated those who professed to be innocent in court long ago.

I must attend Stonehaven Court on 17th February at 10.30 hours for sentencing.

I shall just end by repeating these facts.

Following Hollie`s indescribably brave conduct and precise allegations on 8th September 2009 to DC Lisa Evans relating to most horrendous crimes, the police took no action whatsoever.

In January 2010, when I circulated a letter highlighting the police`s failure in this matter and the potential danger to the public, Grampian Police interviewed no fewer than 61 witnesses within five weeks and I was thus arrested and charged.

Who is trying to cover up what in the Hollie Greig case?
Face it; there is a cover up going on with regard to the Hollie Greig scandal. Victims of crime have been failed. Worse still they have been ignored, bullied, abused brutalised. And not just by criminals, but by the very systems and agencies that are there supposedly to protect them. Approaching half a million pounds or thereabouts was spent by the state in order to ‘punish’ Robert Green. ...For what exactly? ...Stupidity? It seems so!

Half-baked childish tales of mystical societies can and should be discounted; the corruption we seem to see evidenced is the product of a culture of injelitance, dishonesty and well... The general corruption that our public services have become sodden in.

At the root of the Robert Green fiasco stands the twisted evil that is Greg Lance-Watkins. Watkins is the man who deliberately infiltrated the campaign under the false flag of being a seasoned and experienced rights campaigner. With his cut glass accent and (it later emerged) ‘Walter Mitty’ tales of glory Greg Lance Watkins is the man who duped Robert Green...

It is notable – and in my view evidence that there is indeed something very wrong and very corrupt going on within the Scottish Justice system – that much was made in the case against green of material published on the ‘Stolen Kids –Hollie’ Blog... Greg Lance-Watkins was not only the man with sole and absolute control over that blog, it was he who actually published to the world not only the names of Hollie’s alleged abusers but of her alleged co-abused...

The sad, shambling wreck is crawing about Robert’s conviction claiming...

'Robert Green of Hollie Greig notoriety was found guilty in Stonehaven Court today – vindicaping [sic] my stance on the issue totally.'

“It IS a criminal action to announce at a public meeting the names of claimed abusers even with proof - Robert Green and Stuart Usher named innocent men and women claiming they were abusers.”

With proof or otherwise there is currently no criminal law preventing the public naming of alleged sex offenders. There is as I have often repeated one against naming alleged victims – and it’s to be noted that Greg Lance-Watkins broke it!

By way of example I quote from the South Wales Argus of January 22nd 2012...

“A NEWPORT man accused of raping a pregnant teenager before stabbing her to death was "fixated" with her, a court heard yesterday.
Carl Whant, 27, of no fixed abode, is on trial at Newport Crown Court charged with murder, child destruction, rape and arson. He denies all the charges. “

Is the editor of this paper about to face the same treatment as Robert Green? – Of course not!

Let’s be VERY clear about this - Robert Green was NOT prosecuted for naming anyone - he was prosecuted because his claims supposedly placed members of the general public in a state of fear and apprehension for the safety of their family.

Had Green taken proper advice – instead of pursuing the utterly mad conspiracy theorist agenda he did - there is every possibility the Procurator Fiscal would have been forced to drop the case long before it got near a court...

Far from being ‘vindicaped’ [sic] or even vindicated – Greg Lance-Watkins’ position is falling apart just like the fabric of lies his Walter Mitty back story is woven from. SERIOUS questions now need to be asked of the authorities why this man – who is evidently a serious danger to society given is macabre fascinations – is apparently immune from prosecution.

In my opinion, serious credible inroads to the web of corruption that has lead to the conviction of Robert Green, the mal-treatment of Anne and Hollie Greig and possibly a host of other ‘issues’ may well be made by exploring and discovering what ‘hold’ Greg Lance-Watkins has that immunises him from prosecution...

For the avoidance of any doubt I am laying squarely at the allegation that Greg Lance-Watkins breached Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 and the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1976 (as amended by the Criminal Justice Act 1988) by publishing on an internet site, under his sole control, the names of persons who are allegedly the victims of sexual assault. - This actually is a criminal offence.

Remember WHAT sort of animal we're talking about here - This is the man who once entered a primary school with the intention of KILLING the headmaster - This is the man who boasts of his track record of firearms offences - This is the man who infiltrated the Hollie Greig case and ran it off the rails... This is the man who duped Robert Green... This is the man who intimidated Anne Greig online with images of a grotesque funerial-style 'Birthday' cake and chilling messages from the people she says raped her child... This is the man who until quite recently was still canvassing for other abuse victims to 'come to him' so as he could 'help'...

The Robert Green Trial – Day 6 Defence? What defence?
The first news, received early this afternoon from Stonehaven was that Sheriff Bowen had upheld the prosecution’s view that calling Eilish Angiolini to the witness stand is irrelevant... No doubt the mob will be crying ‘foul’; but it is no surprise and, to be honest a perfectly reasonable position...

Late this afternoon the news reached us that Robert Green has been found Guilty - In my view he is entirely the author of his own misfortune since, instead of trying to mount a cogent and logical defence, instead of trying to bring the Hollie Greig case back on track - he ignored all professional advice.

Instead he pursed a mad agenda - spurred on by non-educated conspiracy theorists. An agenda constructed more from fantasy and fiction than ANY understanding of the law or acceptance of reality...

Never mind! We have the cannonisation of 'St Robert of Green' coming to an internet site near you soon - The people behind this travesty are just too bound up in their imaginary world to feel shame at the devastation they have caused!

From the outset Green's so-called defence was doomed to failure...

Who instigated the action had absolutely nothing to do with the matters in hand. And really it is all this nonsense about Angiolini, Masons, Satanists and Uncle Tom Cobley and all that has exhausted the patience of the court, made Robert Green's position non credible and forces Hollie's cause to drift further and further out to sea!

Sources close to Stonehaven Sheriff Court have expressed pity for Andy Lamb, Q.C. – sent to the slaughter in terms of having (it’s said) been press-ganged into defending Green at the 11th hour. I say that because Lamb has had to present Green’s ludicrous and ill-advised line of defence... Credible reports from Stonehaven tell of a man obviously rather embarrassed to be doing what he has to do! Quiet... “Squirming almost” to quote one observer...

Day 5 of the trial had concluded with the prosecution having constructed what is to my mind a fairly weak argument to satisfy the fairly normal Breach Of the Peace mens rea and actus reus ; no precedents were harmed in the making of this mockery! - It seems members of the general populous of Ferryhill were rendered fearful for the safety of their families thanks to Green’s efforts. And certainly there was somewhat inflammatory material presented that we had been previously unaware of ... NOT I stress the massively conclusive evidence we had been forewarned to expect; but enough...

As previously reported much of the prosecution's case relied on the contentious material that was published naming Hollies alleged abusers and more troublingly her alleged co-abused. As regular readers are aware we, have clearly stated that this action is not defensible; particularly with regard to the alleged co-abused. However we have also made it clear that the correct remedy lies in the Defamation Act and the Sexual Offences Act...
Likewise it is fact that Green’s efforts were actually of very limited effect – his wee piles of leaflets, ‘round robin letter’ and public pronouncements seem to have reached a few flocks of sheep, a random tile fitter, a Collie dug and a wee man in a flat cap who mistakenly thought the mobile library was in town!

24/7 worldwide coverage of the material was provided though by Greg Lance-Watkins via his Stolen Kids Blog. Frankly piss-poor ‘evidence’ was presented to paint Robert as the author of the troublesome blog. Which, from extrapolation of current figures, had probably had 30,000- 40,0000 ‘hits’ at the time of Green’s arrest.- but of course there is no way Green actually was the author! It seems odd to us that Green is so readily hounded for reaching at most maybe two hundred people with his claims – Yet Greg Lance-Watkins’s efforts are into the tens of thousands, and he suffered no raids on his house, no seizing of his notes and computers...

And you would reasonably think that discrediting the prosecution’s claims would be the main tack taken in defence – sadly no...

“Robert would like it stressed that it is very important to keep in mind that this trial is not to determine whether those accused by Hollie of abusing her or assisting and/or facilitating in the abuse, were guilty. It is simply to determine if Robert’s actions have caused the accused some level of harm or distress. Nothing more, nothing less.”

Actually the prosecution didn’t need to prove harm and they did need to prove something rather more serious than mere distress; but otherwise yes; the trial was about one issue only. Breach of the Peace... “Conduct which [presents] as genuinely alarming and disturbing, in its context, to any reasonable person” (Smith v Donnelly 2001 SLT 1007 at [17])

Why Robert Green imagined for a moment he would be allowed to present a load of spurious matters not directly relevant to the charge into the court record by way of defence is simply beyond imagining! It was MADNESS from the outset!

- don't doubt for so much as a second that his legal team made this perfectly clear to him. He lost counsel after counsel for the plain and simple reason; no one wanted to be the one to have to present this tosh to a court...

To be fair the somewhat bizarre line of questioning in cross examination by the defence has established some fairly useful facts on record. The matter of the Police investigation in relation to Hollie’s allegations is now on balance proved as claimed by Green... Great though that is it doesn’t really help his case!

- But a sane defence was not ever on the cards here. By rights Green should have been refuting the prosecution’s evidence on the basis of his behaviour not being of a nature that was genuinely alarming or disturbing to reasonable people... He should have been pointing out to the court that it was another party who was primarily responsible for disseminating the contentious material...

Is that what’s happened? – Nope!

As I have tried to get through many times – it simply didn’t matter, in terms of a defence to the charge, whether Green was justified in his actions... Not one jot! It didn't matter who exactly was behind the prosecution... And there was never any prospect of him being allowed to 'hijack' procedings to use the court as a platform for his own ends...

Perhaps, since he’s on the North East Coast, home to much of Scotland’s fishing fleet, he imagined herrings of the finest scarlet are the order of the day? Doing himself up like a right Kipper is the notion that springs to mind – or should that be a Smokie?

- At the moment I reckon he’ll get 3 months suspended for the breach and will probably get another 3 inside for the Bail offences...

However; take a direct warning Robert - Given the tack you have just taken, given the nonsense you have spouted, there is a REAL possibility of the court formally challenging YOUR mental health.! - Sure, that will play just great with the crowd; but they won't be the ones facing the real-life consequences! - They'll be sitting in their nice cosy homes key-tapping away as usual!

VERDICT: “GUILTY”!

I’m speechless! I will just write this in simple terms, as words fail me!

Robert Green was found GUILTY today Sheriff, Bowen of 2 out of the 5 charges against him.

I spoke with Robert over the phone just now and it was cut off about 30 seconds into the call. I called him back and after a few moments, it was cut off again. Robert was clearly tired, so I didn’t call back as I thought it best to allow him time to rest, ready for the long drive back home tomorrow. From what little I could get from Robert, the matter of Elish Angiolini is still to be resolved, as are a number of other issues.

A note of special thanks must go out to the individuals who attended the hearing throughout and, of course, the enormous level of support and interest shown around the world in this case and the case of Hollie Greig herself, which, of course, is what Robert’s trial has been all about – an attempt to silence Robert and worry potential victims from coming forward to expose their paedophile attackers.

Robert is due before Sheriff, Bowen, on 17th February 2012 for sentencing. According to the Sheriff, what Robert has done is ‘extremely serious’. It’s strange that the various websites and individuals who did AND CONTINUE TO DO exactly the same thing as Robert intended doing (but never got to) have not been questioned, or faced charges, indeed have not even had their websites taken down or been ordered to remove the ‘offending’ content. If Robert receives a custodial sentence (prison) questions will have to be asked regarding due process (Robert being denied the opportunity to call some of his witnesses) as well as the fact that NO ONE was hurt as a result of Robert naming the alleged paedophiles and, after almost two years (and a further 3 weeks before sentencing – bringing it up to 2 years and one day since Robert was first arrested) he has caused no one any harm and is clearly NOT a threat to society. Therefore, prison, surely, can not be justified as a punishment.

I must make a minor correction from yesterday’s blog: Yesterday, I said Terry Major and his wife were called as witnesses, both of whom were identified by Hollie as having abused her. Only Mrs Major was a witness yesterday, as her husband, a Police Officer with Grampian Police Force, died in 2005. My apologies, I was taking notes too quickly as Robert was talking and miss-read my own handwriting.

Grampian Police chief constable 'could extend contract'

The Grampian Police chief constable could stay on beyond his official retirement date.

The joint police board has agreed to recommend to the justice secretary that Colin McKerracher stays on after summer to oversee the transition to a single Scottish force.

The board's convener, Martin Greig, said Grampian needed stability.

Grampian Police is also to give more than £1m back to local councils after building up an under spend.

The force will be able to resume the recruitment of officers.

The Stonehaven Trial So Far

An extended adjournment until Monday has allowed me to post this update on the trial`s progress.

To begin with, I must thank all those kind, loyal and courageous people who had come again to Stonehaven yet again to support me. They have come from other parts of Scotland and even England in their own time and at their own considerable expense. I am deeply moved by such support, which has been a source of great strength to me.

Perhaps a very pertinent and basic question that is arisen as to why I have been prosecuted at all for a Breach of the Peace, which is intended to protect the public in general, not a specific number of individuals who have been identified by letter of other means of communication. Virtually all of the civilian witnesses brought by the prosecution who claim to have been upset by me comprise some of those named as alleged abusers or victims by Hollie.

A perfectly adequate legal remedy exists for those concerned - defamation.

I have always invited anyone who regards my publication of the allegations to be unfair or inaccurate to challenge me.

No-one, either individually or collectively has chosen to take this logical civil route that would have the most appropriate one, at no cost to the people of Scotland. Instead, even prior to the trial, an estimated half a million pounds of taxpayers` money has been spent on prosecuting me on a simple summary charge. It is an issue of possible misuse of much-needed public funds that may justifiably be put to the Scottish establishment, including leading politicians.

The most interesting cross-examination so far has been that of DC Lisa Evans by defence counsel Andy Lamb QC. The prosecution in fact attempted to obstruct Mr Lamb from doing so in the manner he intended, which led to an unexpected adjournment on Wednesday.

DC Evans was the Grampian Police officer who interviewed Hollie on 8th September 2009, at which I was present. Hollie, displaying an astonishing degree of courage and composure, clearly related her rape ordeals during the formal questioning that lasted three and a half hours. It was the most harrowing discussion I have ever witnessed and left me with a lasting admiration for the fortitude under pressure of this extraordinary young woman.

Such was the power and sincerity of Hollie`s evidence, backed by the knowledge that the state had earlier accepted the overwhelming probability of the truth of Hollie`s allegations by paying her £13, 500 from the CICA, that I then believed that even Grampian Police could no longer ignore the necessity for a full investigation. An action of this type would naturally have led to all those named being interviewed, along with the seizure or examination of their computers of those that used them, a normal procedure where serious allegations of child-sex crimes exist.

During the cross-examination of the alleged abusers and victims, all stated that they had never been approached by the police following Hollie`s allegations.

In the circumstances, it may be of significance that DC Evans was among the four officers who raided my home whilst I was held in custody in Aberdeen. No inventory of the items removed was ever left with me, but among the missing items were two notebooks which I used to record details of Hollie`s interview with Evans. Neither of these important documents was returned to the defence by the Crown. Under pressure from my legal team, it is understood that one has now been "found", but there is still no sign of the other.

When cross-examined by Mr Lamb, Evans even attempted to mislead the court about the exact layout of the area where the interview took place.

Much was made by the prosecution of the items seized from my home that day, including a list of the alleged perpetrators that I had sent out that has been used against me. In his quiet but penetrative way, Mr Lamb asked DC Evans if any of the names that appeared on that list corresponded with any of the names provided to her by Hollie.

The officer admitted that there were.

Thus, there can be no rational explanation for the total lack of action in Grampian Police not contacting named individuals following the 8th September 2009 interview.

The alleged abusers all stated in court that they were entirely innocent. If this is true, then Grampian Police has failed them also, because if they had been questioned, had their computers checked and it had been found that no evidence existed to justify a prosecution, I could have no longer been in a position to realistically continue my subsequent actions in support of Hollie`s case and there would have been no grounds to prosecute me at all

Naturally, the matter of the true facts behind death of Robert David Greig is an issue that cannot possibly go away.Only a full and reliable investigation is acceptable

Reports suggest that the prosecution are relying heavily on the 'upset' caused by the 'Stolen Kids' blog... Authored and entirely controlled by Greg Lance-Watkins.

I have often said that the correct route here would have been via a defamation action, and in that respect Watkins (primarily) should be in the dock.

The PF seems to be arguing (on dubious grounds IMHO) Robert as publisher of the 'SK' blog; yet surely forensic examination of his computer does not support that? Similarly, 'Blogger' will have IP records as to where that blog WAS edited from.

Presumably the Police DID check with them???

Bear in mind that just because a document or text was sent and (as is his custom) copied, pasted and published by GLW does not evidence Robert's endorsement or party to that publication.

I do hope the defence is considering drawing evidence from blogger and engaging an expert witness to refute the PFs assertion with regard to authorship and publication of this material.

Having just spoken with Robert again, here is the latest from Robert’s case.

Overall, it was another good, albeit exhausting, day in court. Robert is delighted with the legal team he has now, who have shown a far stronger backbone than previous lawyers/QCs in this case. In particular, Andy Lamb QC is certainly proving to be a rather good tactical cross-examiner and not one to back down easily! Again, Robert stressed that it is still early days and anything could happen. However, the team are still very positive and up-beat.

Like yesterday, a few more witnesses came forward, both alleged abusers and alleged victims. As yesterday, what appeared to be un-convincing yet well-groomed performances were witnessed. And, as yesterday, the Court is yet to be presented with anything which could be remotely called ‘evidence’, that shows Robert acted in any way other than with integrity and dignity at all times.

One lady who was called for the prosecution was Win Dragon. She has previously been shown to have ‘interesting’ links to individuals in this case and even linked to some of them on Facebook! She was a strong supporters of the ridiculous (yet official) position that Anne Greig’s brother, Roy, killed himself in a car, just weeks after allegedly catching Hollie being forced to have sex with her father. Apparently, if we are to believe Win Dragon, Roy killed himself by first beating himself up very badly indeed and then burning himself alive in his car after getting drunk out of his mind. Win Dragon’s evidence today was along the previous lines already heard; that Robert’s actions were in some way harmful to those allegedly involved in the Hollie Greig case… individuals who have neither singularly or via a class action brought charges against Robert to this effect – even though Robert has repeatedly asked them to do so if he has stated anything incorrectly or maliciously.

Another witness called by the prosecution was DC Lisa Evens, of Shrewsbury Police. DC Evens was the female Officer who interviewed Hollie whilst Robert listened in intently outside the room, noting down everything that was said between them and then transcribing his notes into another document later the same day, so as to be sure nothing was forgotten or overlooked. DC Evens was also one of the Police Officers who took part in the raid on Robert’s home on 13th February 2010. During that raid, DC Evens and her partner took Robert’s home table-top computer and, amongst other things, BOTH of Robert’s note books which contained a very precise and detailed record of the interview between DC Evens and Hollie Greig. These two documents would, of course, be of critical importance in such a case as Robert’s. To that end, Robert’s legal team requested sight of them today. The case was temporarily adjourned so that all of the presented evidence could be gone through by both sides in an attempt to find these two note books. Oddly, the documents were nowhere to be found! They do not appear to be listed as part of the legal bundle presented by either side either. How strange!

At one point, Robert’s legal team requested that they be allowed to discuss a matter with the other side, in private, a request that was granted. Upon returning to the Court, it was clear that the issue between both legal teams was still unresolved, so the hearing was closed for the day with the hope of the undisclosed matter being resolved by start of the case tomorrow.

For those who are asking about the ‘Masonic’ issue related to the presiding Sheriff and whether or not Dame Elish Angiolini will be called as a witness so that Robert’s team may question her, the following can be said…

The Sheriff has not raised the matter any further but it is not being forgotten by Robert or his team and may be brought to the fore at a later part of the trial, if prudent to do so. In respect of Robert being able to call Mrs Angiolini or not, there is no movement on this point at the moment as the Sheriff has already stated that he will rule on this request after the prosecution has completed its presentation of facts and witnesses.

Hello again. I’ve spoken to Robert again this evening, something we will try to make a regular thing of during his trial. Something of real importance was established today, but I’ll leave that until the end. Later tonight, it is hoped that the official campaign website will have an up-date as well and it is hoped that this website will be up-dated periodically throughout this trial, as and when time allows.

Robert would like it stressed that it is very important to keep in mind that this trial is not to determine whether those accused by Hollie of abusing her or assisting and/or facilitating in the abuse, were guilty. It is simply to determine if Robert’s actions have caused the accused some level of harm or distress. Nothing more, nothing less.

So… today saw a number of witnesses, as they are called, for the prosecution come forward to testify, under oath, about how they felt intimidated, threatened and/or uncomfortable in general as a result of the campaign called ‘Justice For Hollie’, fronted by Robert Green - and in particular, Robert’s actions. These witnesses included both ‘alleged abusers’ and those whom Hollie stated to the Police had been the victims of abuse. Most, it was felt by Robert’s team, were very un-convincing. The most un-convincing of all, was the Head Teacher, Mr Andrew Young! He was evasive and even contradicted himself on occasions and looked decidedly uncomfortable when answering questions in the dock. No one, so far, has presented Police ‘Crime Numbers’ in respect of their alleged complaints against Robert and no one, so far, has provided anything that can be remotely construed as evidence to support their claims. Comments like… ‘It’s been difficult for me to face my neighbours’ seems to have been the run-of-the-mill comment for most of the day. No one said bricks had been thrown through their windows, or their cars set on fire, or that they had threatening phone-calls or even been physically assaulted, etc. NO ONE!

Sheriff Graham Buchanan gave evidence today! Sheriff Graham Buchanan is one of the main individuals identified to Police, on record, by Hollie Greig, as being part of the extended high-ranking paedophile ring in Scotland. Sheriff Graham Buchanan is still serving as a Sheriff in Scotland! As with the rest of the witnesses today, he was neither convincing nor provided anything of substance to support his allegations of Robert’s actions having caused him a detriment.

And now for the best bit! Hold onto your socks, this is brilliant!...

Robert Green’s legal team successfully established, as a result of their method of questioning, on the record, under oath and in Open Court, today, Tuesday 17th January 2012, that; other than for Grampian Police Force eventually interviewing Hollie’s father and later her brother, in respect of Hollie’s allegations against them, NO ONE ELSE WAS EVER INTERVIEWED BY GRAMPIAN POLICE FORCE!!! Therefore, in Open Court, it is now a matter of public record that Grampian Police Force have failed in their sworn legal duty to properly investigate the claims made by Hollie Greig, formally and on the record, in the year 2000 and again in 2009! Grampian Police Force have failed Hollie, the other named victims, other children who remained at risk, and indeed, even the accused - as they have not been put in a position to clear their name through the normal channels! This is a blatant dereliction of duty, perverting the course of justice and potentially even assisting and facilitating in a cover-up, not to mention ‘vicarious liability’ on the part of the Police officers themselves. This in itself puts Anne & Hollie in a position to sue Grampian Police Force and/or bring legal charges against them! This confirmation, on the record, also draws into the frame all of the politicians who openly supported the ‘official line’ (such as Alex Salmond and Kenneth Clarke) that there had been a full and thorough investigation into the claims made by Hollie. This also brings into question the validity of Shropshire Council’s current ‘gagging order’ on Anne & Hollie Greig through the family courts.

I’ve not long got off the phone from speaking with Robert. He is very up-beat but realistic as well. Here’s what can be reported about what happened in Open Court today…

After the usual formalities at the start, Robert was asked to confirm his name. He replied that he would be happy to do this after the presiding Sheriff and members of the prosecution team declared, under oath, that they are not ‘Accepted Freemasons’. This appeared to stump the Sheriff and, after some debate, most declared they were not. However, Sheriff Principal Edward Bowen, the one and only man presiding over Robert’s fate, ‘REFUSED’ to confirm or deny if he was an Accepted Freemason! It’s worth noting that there is no jury in this case. So, the only man not to answer Robert’s very reasonable question (given that Freemason’s have been seen in court previously passing documents between each other) was the man who holds Robert’s fate in his hands. This, naturally, means that any judgement passed against Robert will automatically be subject to appeal, if Robert chooses to.

The next interesting occurrence was when the prosecution was desperately trying to argue the Dame Elish Angiolini should not be called to answer questions in the dock. The reason given for this, by the prosecution was that Mrs Angiolini’s presence in this case was… IRRELEVANT! This declaration was met with howls of laughter from the public. It apparently took a few moments for the Court to regain some level of order before the case could continue. The Sheriff (Bowen) concluded that he would have to think about the application from the prosecution not to call Mrs Angiolini as a witness for cross-examination. Therefore, whilst the prosecution was no doubt hoping to nip that one in the bud today, Mrs Angiolini (the one who ordered Robert’s arrest in February 2010) is still on the hook and could be called to answer Robert’s questions in Open Court, under oath.

Finally, as the day was drawing to a close, Sheriff Bowen declared that he was aware that Robert’s legal defence team appeared to have a habit of bailing out on the second day. The Sheriff said that if this happened at any stage during this trial, Robert will have to represent himself. This was totally unacceptable to Robert as he has a legal right to proper legal representation under Scottish Law.

Robert is very aware of the ‘freeman on the land’ movement and ‘Common Law’. However, after very serious consideration, he feels that this matter is best addressed via the same system being used against him. As usual, Robert sends his deepest gratitude to EVERYONE who has helped and supported him, Anne and, of course, Hollie.

Once again, the latest and the greatest in scandal-mongering hot gossip from Anarchy Central’s 24/7 Truth & Rumour Mill – with dispatches hand forged and crafted into bespoke satire to tempt the palates of all budding nihilists and career revolutionaries who carry the immortal bloodline of the rebel sons of Belial.

Unless the COPFS’s vendetta schedule is revised and once more delayed due defence counsel excusing themselves on grounds of self-preservation versus career suicide, then on the 16th January 2012 (a Monday) several zillion scrutinising web-savvy eyes around the globe will be focused on Stonehaven Sheriff’s Court as Scotland’s Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service, along with the entire corruption-ridden judicial system, top the charts of criminal infamy and notoriety as they pursue their contrived mega-bucks expenditure pantomime of a ‘no jury allowed’ Breach of the Peace case against the Sassenach Cheshire stalwart do-gooder Robert Green.

Alas the chivalrous Mr Green transgressed the unwritten rule by up-ending a very nasty can of worms and this forthcoming 17th - or 18th - appearance (everyone’s lost count) before the Stonehaven Sheriff’s Court is in fact payback for his noble crusading efforts in exposing the dirty deeds of a cabal of establishment paedophiles that comprise Scaberdeen’s elitist ranks of officialdom - and focusing the public’s condemning glare on their decades-long ritualised sexual abuse and rape of pre-pubescent special needs children – as first laid bare and revealed by child victim Hollie Greig and her mother Anne in 2000.

Stonehaven? Que - why not centralised Scaberdeen? One might well inquire as they scan Google Earth for the landfill-sized septic dump and its backwater Sheriff’s Court. But come the 16th January the hibernating sheep and game fowl will be evicted and the courtroom staffed with a corps de esprit of vendetta-bent COPFS officers who should, in the name of justice and fair play, all recuse themselves from the case and be in the dock for perjury – or on the defence witness list – and definitely not prosecuting this now ‘cause célèbre’ case of a concocted Breach of the Peace against Mr Green.

However these busy bee judicial system drones have been tasked from ‘On High’ by Holyrood’s panjandrums and the COPFS - and too Grampian Sheriff Genghis McVomit’s junta of corrupt elements from festering Ferryhill and the Duthie Park Cottagers Club – with abusing the ‘Brotherhood’ bond of Scottish Rite Freemasonry to achieve their nefarious ends – of convicting the honourable Robert Green by fair means or ‘foul’ – with the latter four-letter word in evidence since his shameful arrest in February 2010 while campaigning for public office on the streets of Scotland’s crime and kiddie fiddling capital of Scaberdeen.

With reference to the corruption of the Masonic ‘Brotherhood’ principles by the Scaberdeen hierarchy to achieve personal goals, conceal acts of gross criminality - and further coerce and pervert the path of justice, the following points are based on actual facts versus biased opinions or speculation.

To wit, let's not forget that the inquiry into the Dunblane massacre - committed by Freemason paedo’ pimp to Scotland’s beau monde and founder of the Highlands Halitosis Society - one Thomas Hamilton (Masonic Lodge Garrowhill, Lanarkshire Middle Ward) - was a massive cover-up expedited by Lord Willy Cullen of Shitekirk – and shamefully capped with a 100-year ‘Closure Order’ to protect the guilty elitists from exposure.

Former Scottish Masonic Grand Master, Lord Michael Burton, one of that rare breed possessed of Christian morals and a social conscience, publicly revealed in 2003 that Lord Cullen's official inquiry (read ‘cover-ups commission’) suppressed crucial information to protect high-profile legal figures and members of the nobility belonging to the secretive super-Mason cabal of Satanists, pederasts and sodomites known as The Speculative Society.

There are direct links connecting Thomas Hamilton, Willy Cullen and Lord George Robertson back to Dunblane's MoD-funded Queen Victoria School (a dodgy educational institute for the boarding children of military personnel - patron HRH Prince Philip aka the Duke of Edinburgh – aka Virus Man) - where Hamilton was for some obscure reason allowed the run of the place prior to the 1996 Dunblane Primary School atrocity.

Further, Lord Burton (aka Michael Baillie) revealed that he was bullied and threatened by other House of Lords peers when he tried to raise his concerns - stating for the record "There's no escaping the fact that there exists something sinister about the whole affair as pupils at QVS were regularly taken away and subjected to sessions of ritual sexual abuse.”

The halls of Scotland’s Brahmin ruling establishment – the private law offices, the Holyrood Parliament and the COPFS - are infested with Masons. Membership of the ‘Brotherhood’ is a perquisite to career advancement in the traditional professions north of Hadrian’s sadly diminished Caledonian apartheid wall.

Thus, any male who would hold his masculinity up to the threat of ridicule by wearing a tartan skirt will doubtless have no compunction in exposing one of his ‘man tits’ to secure the right to dress up in an apron like his Granny’s and engage in a series of ritualistic ‘Famous Five’ secret handshakes – and hence harbour nary a qualm of perjuring himself or abusing the vested powers of government office to protect a Brother Mason from legal retribution for his criminal sins – and the ‘Craft’s’ vaunted Christian ethos of honesty and justice for all be damned.

This ‘Brotherhood’ factor is so perfectly exemplified in a legion of ‘justice obfuscated and denied’ cases past. Ref the Victoriana Jack the Ripper debacle - and the stage set ‘disappearance’ of nobility’s favourite nanny-basher, Lord ‘Lucky’ Lucan. Too, reference the Vatican’s golden boy Roberto Calvi’s (aka God’s Banker) sins and demise - and his corrupt, criminal links to the P2 Masonic Lodge.

Anyone recall the horrific case of Marc Gervais Dutroux, the bonkers Belgian serial killer – arrested in 1996 for kidnapping, torturing, sexually abusing and then murdering a stream of girls ranging in ages from 18 down to 8?
Dutroux was Belgium’s psycho’ equivalent of Scotland’s Thomas Watt Hamilton – yet another low-ranking Freemason wannabe and paedo’ pimp catering to the perverse tastes of Europe’s pederast corps de elite while fulfilling his own sadistic fantasies.

Dutroux was protected from on high, with both corrupt police and social care workers providing information on vulnerable children that fitted the bill for his establishment client’s Satanic ritual requirements in the Black Mass chapel of their Château des Amerois cellars at Bouillon in the Walloon region – or the Château du Sautou in the Ardennes – owned by the equally-evil French serial killer and 33rd Degree Master Mason Michel Fourniret.

Dutroux, to all intents and purposes, was an outwardly seeming insignificant electrician from Charleroi - with a psycho bent for kiddie fiddling and generalised homicide – which belied the fact he was an intregal part of a EU-based Masonic membership pedophile ring with accomplices among police officers, businessmen, doctors, high-level Belgian politicians and European nobility.

Through these links with officialdom and to ensure that ranking establishment figures were not exposed, during the investigation into Dutroux’s crimes contracts were put out on the presiding judge Jean-Marc Connerotte, who later testified that the investigation was seriously hampered by government officials protecting suspects – which eventually resulted in the forced resignations of the Minister of Justice Stefaan De Clerck, the Minister of the Interior Johan Vande Lanotte, and Police Chief Pierre Sarkozy.

To quote Connerotte, who was later dismissed as head of the investigation for getting too close to the truth: "Rarely has so much energy been spent opposing an inquiry.”

In a rare move, the jury sitting at Dutroux’s eventual trial in 2004 - (eight years after Dutroux’s initial arrest and the commencement of the investigation into the paedophile ring) - publicly protested over the presiding judge Stéphane Goux's handling of the debates and the victims' testimonies claiming he was supressing the core value of vital evidence and perverting the course of justice.

Hmmm, sounds just like Scotland’s Holyrood Parliament, the COPFS, the Scaberdeen paedo’ Mafia and the Stonehaven Sheriff’s Court’s conspiratorial dealings with the concocted Breach of the Peace case against Robert Green.

In 2003 Tony ‘Charles Lynton’ Bliar - (the Masonic ex-New Labour PM, public lavatory loiterer and notorious international war criminal) - shit kittens and imposed a media gag order on the further release of a bevy of the 3,774 names identified by Scotland Yard’s Operation Ore four-year duration kiddie fiddling investigation (in coordination with the FBI’s Operation Avalanche) following the arrest of his bent Masonic Parliamentary aide Philip Lyon on paedophilia-related charges – to prevent his shirt-lifting Cabinet and half the Masons in the House of Conmans ending up wearing handcuffs.

Operation Ore led to 7,250 suspects being identified, 4,283 homes searched, 3,744 arrests, 1,848 charged, 1,451 convictions, 493 cautioned and 140 children removed from suspected dangerous situations and a 39 suicides among charged suspects.

Anyone who has further doubts concerning the character flaws that demean and corrupt government establishment integrity, then Google up the Waterhouse Report, circa 2000 AD and the sordid tale of Bryn Estyn Children's Home where Police Chief Superintendent Gordon Anglesea and a legion of other perverted plods staged Satanic black mass rituals and sexually abused children in the company of ranking Freemason kiddie fiddlers – including bigwig scumbag Lord Alistair McAlpine, one of the many high-level Masonic paedo’s in power who escaped prosecution following Sir Ronald Waterhouse’s 3-year / £13 million quid investigation and ensuing whitewash / cover-up.

Now Scaberdeen’s Ferryhill, and too Milltimber’s Binghill Road West paedo’ mafiosa, have entered the annals of infamy with the same notoriety due assigning the Beechwood ‘Special’ School the cybernet designation of a ‘pederast’s bordello’ – with its ‘M.A.S.C. After School Club’ - catering to the perverted sexual fetishes of the area’s establishment elitists and local worthies – and Scaberdeen’s Chief Constable Colin McKrackers refusing to investigate the dirty deeds.

Kiddie fiddling aside, let’s not forget the ‘assisted suicide’ illegal killing of Dr David Kelly in the Grassy Knoll Woods in 2003 – a black bag job given the TVP Tactical Support Major Incident Policy Book file designation of ‘Operation Mason’ (the ritual murder of one of the Ancient & Noble Craft’s own) by the Thames Valley Plod Squad a full hour before the good Doctor left home for his fatal walk and an unscheduled appointment with a cruel and untimely Destiny – and several hours prior to him being reported missing.

Alas, the above examples are but a very minor sample of the wrong-doings committed by members of the Brotherhood who have corrupted their core principles in pursuit of personal – and criminal – gain to the detriment of others.

Thought for the day. Let us not lose sight of the fact that Robert Green, in his crusade to seek justice for Hollie Greig and expose the paedophile cabal responsible for acts of serial rape against her and scores of other prepubescent bairns, is being prosecuted by a legal system infested with evil people who not only have no compunction about sexually abusing and torturing children but would stoop to murder those that dare expose and shame them.

Record £1/2million Breach of the Peace ‘VENDETTA’ trial of anti-abuse campaigner set for next week, Angiolini to appear as witness ?

Former Lord Advocate Dame Elish Angiolini set to appear in trial of anti abuse campaigner Robert Green SCOTLAND’S most expensive ever Breach of the Peace trial against the well known anti-abuse campaigner Robert Green, a case which has so far cost taxpayers a staggering HALF A MILLION POUNDS, having already seen FOURTEEN COURT HEARINGS, 16,000 travel miles for the accused, trips by Grampian Police Officers to England to search & raid homes & seize property including computers & documents, Crown Office staff being flown into Aberdeen especially for the case, and a witness list which has varied in numbers and currently totals SIXTY ONE persons is set to begin at Stonehaven Sheriff Court next week 16 January 2012 in front of Sheriff Principal Edward Bowen

However, it is still unclear at this late stage whether the person described as the central witness to the entire case, former Lord Advocate and now Dame Elish Angiolini DBE QC will be called to appear to answer questions about the peculiar circumstances of the charges against Mr Green, arising from an incident where the anti-abuse campaigner visited Aberdeen in February 2010 to hand out leaflets detailing the allegations in the case of Hollie Greig, a downs syndrome girl who is alleged to have been abused by an Aberdeen based paedophile gang.

While it has been reported Mr Green is insistent on calling the former Lord Advocate in his defence, a move described by legal insiders as “a must, given her role in the affair”, it has now become clear that defence QCs acting for Robert Green have on each occasion refused to add Angiolini to the witness list, and when instructed to do so, they had immediately withdrawn from acting for Green, leaving him without legal representation for the trial.

Writing on his blog in an article last week, Robert Green said in relation to a meeting with his defence QC : “I had made it clear that Elish Angiolini is probably the most important witness for the defence and must be called. However, after deliberations, Senior Counsel Gary Allen QC felt that Angiolini`s appearance in the witness box would prove damaging to the defence, on the grounds that she would refuse to answer questions that may incriminate her and in that, her position would be supported by the sheriff.”

“I stated that whilst I had never held any great expectation of Angiolini breaking down under cross-examination and confessing, I considered it valuable both to the defence and in the public interest for her to be seen in court, failing to answer pertinent questions about her conduct in public office in connection with both my case and that of Hollie. It has been her failings and private interventions with the media, using public funds, that led to me taking the course that has resulted in the prosecution that she in fact personally authorised. Thus I regard her as a key witness. I also failed to see how Angiolini being cross-examined could possibly harm the defence.”

“As a result of our difference of opinion, we have mutually agreed that I would be best served by instructing another Senior Counsel to represent me. I accept that Mr Allen and Junior Counsel, who supported his view, were acting professionally in what they deemed to be my best interests and there is hence no ill will of any kind. It is just that an impasse was reached on a single important issue that could not be resolved. My solicitor will try to find a new team to represent me in the future, but it must be on the fundamental basis that Elish Angiolini is called as witness for the defence. I will not accept any deviation from that position.”

Commenting on the debacle over calling Angiolini as a witness, a key Scots legal figure today branded the saga as outrageous, saying “..there should be no reluctance on anyone’s part to call an individual as a witness, no matter what position they previously occupied in the justice system”. He said the former Lord Advocate “had no immunity from justice and should appear if called as a witness”.

Meanwhile a note prepared by Sheriff Principal Bowen over his refusal to grant the defence its request to call Procurator Fiscal Stephen McGowan as a witness has emerged, and can be viewed online here : Sheriff Principal Bowen note - PF Stephen McGowan excused from witness testimony. The decision to excuse Mr McGowan from being cross examined by Mr Green’s defence team has raised eyebrows in legal circles, with some expressing their opinion the decision violates Mr Green’s right to a fair hearing under Article 6 of ECHR.

Serious questions also remain about the fairness of any prosecution against Mr Green after it emerged Crown Office officials had privately briefed a tabloid journalist to expect Mr Green to plead guilty at an earlier hearing, a matter reported by Scottish Law Reporter in an earlier article HERE.

The journalist reported he had attended a November hearing of the case at Stonehaven Sheriff Court on the basis he had been told by Crown Office officials Mr Green was to plead guilty to the Breach of the Peace Charge. The journalist indicated he had been assured “a deal had been worked out for the accused to plead guilty”. However, when the hearing took place in November at Stonehaven, Mr Green rejected the prosecution’s efforts to force a guilty plea which then suspiciously resulted in the withdrawal of Green’s legal team which included Francis McMenamin QC.

The tabloid journalist has confirmed to colleagues he spoke to individuals who attended the November hearing before it began. However after it became clear there was to be no guilty plea the journalist left the court as soon as possible without speaking to anyone else. A legal insider verified the journalist’s account of matters to Scottish Law Reporter. Alarmingly, the insider also claimed a transcript of a draft Press Release to be issued if Mr Green had entered a guilty plea has now been destroyed.

Reporting on the background of the case, Robert Green was arrested by Police on 12th February 2010 in relation to a breach of the peace alleged to have been committed in Aberdeen when Mr Green attempted to hand out leaflets regarding the anti-abuse campaign. It was also revealed the then Lord Advocate, now Dame Elish Angiolini had employed private law firm Levy McRae to serve interdicts on Mr Green in connection with his campaign to ‘out’ alleged abusers of downs syndrome victim Hollie Greig. Glasgow law firm Levy McRae who later represented shamed former Glasgow City Council Boss & Cocaine addict Steven Purcell, proceeded to threaten several media outlets & journalists over their reporting of the case, covered by Scottish Law Reporter HERE & HERE. Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill worked at same law firm used by then Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini in interdict case. As details of the case began to be reported in the wider press, it emerged the Scottish Justice Secretary, Kenny MacAskill has personal links to LEVY MCRAE, the law firm employed by the then Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini in legal action against Mr Green. Mr MacAskill has made no comment on the fact he served his apprenticeship at Levy McRae and also worked at the firm for a considerable time during his years as a solicitor before he entered politics, while he is thought to have backed Dame Angiolini in her actions at the time. In Veritas...

In truth – A defence normally used against a defamation action where the defendant relies on the principal that the truth does not defame. It’s an unlikely defence in my view to a Breach of the Peace charge – Though the logic is almost-there; in the Robert Green case it’s as tenuous as the charge itself...

Assuming for a moment we do not learn something new and pivotal from the prosecution’s submission when Green actually comes to trial; and frankly I suspect we might... We may soundly speculate that the prosecution will primarily argue that those ‘named and shamed’ in respect of the Hollie Greig case were placed in a state of fear and alarm by the allegations Green is accused of publishing – an extraordinary tack since it seems to fly in the face of legal precedent as well as the fact of course that Green was far from the only or even the main culprit.

The Scottish courts defined this crime in 2001 in the case of Smith v Donnelly .Certainly, until that case any conduct which caused, or was capable of causing, mere embarrassment, upset or annoyance to another person was usually sufficient to furnish a conviction... Things have changed considerably since then!

Smith v Donnelly was a three judge decision making reference to jurisprudence coming from the European Court on Human Rights, which gives it added weight. The decision was accepted as correct by a full bench sitting in the case of Jones v Carnegie in 2004. Breach of the peace, according to Smith v Donnelly, is...

“conduct which [presents] as genuinely alarming and disturbing, in its context, to any reasonable person” (Smith v Donnelly 2001 SLT 1007 at [17])

Conduct will be ‘alarming and disturbing’ if it is of the sort which would cause a reasonable person to fear that the peace of the immediate neighbourhood would be broken in the sense that a serious disturbance would ensue. “Reasonable” and“serious” are the key words here...

The court has set an objective test for this: if a reasonable person would not have been alarmed to that serious degree, then the conduct is not sufficient for breach of the peace (Jones v Carnegie). Conduct which presents as merely embarrassing, annoying, irritating or inappropriate will not be of sufficient gravity to satisfy breach of the peace. And the obvious contention is that while the leaflets handed out by Green may well have been defamatory – standing on a street corner handing out bits of paper is not likely to provoke a riot...

So, based on what we know of the matter, where is the prosecution’s case?- You might be tempted to speculate there isn’t one – we certainly have been!

However, Green has now lost a couple of defence lawyers with the parting advice that he change his plea to ‘guilty’ – why? Stupid conspiracy theories aside the fact is that those who have walked are people known for their integrity; and on the face of it this case is a pushover to defend... It just doesn’t hang together; and these people clearly had to ‘walk away’ for very good reasons... What might they be?

These people are not fools, and would be keen to take the 'high ground' if they were able to get Green off the hook. But they apparently couldn't. - What might have taken Green’s alleged behaviour from ‘merely annoying’ to the stage where a reasonable person may fear the peace could be breached? What rendered these charges indefensible in the eyes of highly skilled legal professionals?

‘Not much’ is the short answer! – it could be something as simple as forwarding or endorsing or just casually agreeing with the suggestion that some act of violence be perpetrated against the alleged abusers...

The public’s response to sex abuse cases can be well-meaning but inappropriate. Knee-jerk reaction, to the effect that accused individuals are tried and convicted by rumour and conjecture, is often compounded with notions of ‘sentencing’ where they meet a violent end. Such is the nature of the kangaroo court!

- As a journalist one is taught very early on in one’s career never to rise to or concur with such suggestions. It is imperative that violence or criminality is never endorsedno matter how personally convinced one might be of a certain person’s guilt or how revolted one is by the crime they may have committed. And that is true for anyone with any degree of professional involvement in such matters.

However, the general public is the general public...

Understandably there are those who would like to see and are allegedly prepared to finance the ‘criminal underworld’ to step in and serve what they see as justice. – I say ‘understandable’ not because I endorse such action; but where the legitimate justice system is so clearly corrupted and failed it is no wonder people are prepared to go feral in seeking this essential element of life.

It is known the Hollie Greig campaign was infiltrated by individuals seeking to ‘scupper’ it. Green, it is obvious, is easily-lead , not educated in the law or in journalism, hears only what he wants to hear and has little awareness of the pitfalls of what he has involved himself in. He could well (for instance) have been duped into incriminating himself via email... Or a careless remark made on tape or in public in front of hostile witnesses. Certainly, I am awareof individuals possibly canvassing for such responses...

Robert Green was ‘lead up the garden path’ by Greg Lance-Watkins in respect of what was published to the world on the internet in the ‘Stolen Kids Hollie’ blog. Was he also tricked into endorsing or condoning violence? Could this be what the Prosecution’s case is consolidated on?

‘Hanging by a thread’ would be the phrase that springs to mind but for the equally tenuous line of defence that seems to be emerging.

The ‘veritas’ tack Green seems to be taking is a curious one; and as much as the prosecution’s case appears at the moment to be frivolous it is matched by this apparent line of defence... We guess the ‘logic’ is as follows - Someone who is guilty of a criminal act (or thinks ill of someone who does their duty in bringing a criminal to account) cannot be a ‘reasonable person’ - precedent for this exists most famously in defamation law. Therefore if Green can prove the allegations are true – even if these people were alarmed by the allegations - as they’re not reasonable people no breach of the peace can have taken place...

It’s about as ‘Mickey Mouse’ a defence strategy as they come in terms of the charges against him! – Even if Green did manage to ‘prove’ the case against an individual, all it would take is for a member of their family or an associate or even a neighbour to claim they too were alarmed and fearful that the peace might be disrupted... Again; there is precedent for this...

It’s also one hell of a long-shot attempting to prove in a court of law that the former Lord Advocate, various Police Officers and members of the Procurator Fiscal’s staff are not ‘reasonable people’ – However much one might be convinced in an opinion to that effect.

Just as I don't believe for a second that Frances McMenamin (the QC who had to walk away from Green the last time) encouraged Green to gather the 'letters of support' he canvassed for in late 2011; I'm afraid my (admittedly limited) knowledge of the law leads me to form the opinion that Green's current reported strategy is simply something being cooked up in his own kitchen...

I don't believe any professional lawyer would be prepared to even consider walking into a court with that sort of nonsense; and so Green leaves them absolutely no choice but to walk away.

And so the farce goes on and on and on...

In his blog Green keenly tells us of the high-profile and numerous witnesses he intends to call in his defence. – I assume he intends now to defend himself; because no legal professional could possibly endorse or condone the revelations carried on his blog which, in themselves, verge on contempt of court.

‘Showboating’ as he does over the notion that {quote} “It may be that psychological and medical examinations may be required of some witnesses to establish further whether or not they are telling the truth” - is completely and utterly unacceptable. Obviously some witnesses might be intimidated by this prospect and inclined to withhold their evidence as a direct result... It is a wonder Green is not facing further charges over this! But certainly all he has done is dug a deep dark hole for himself and I fully expect his current layer will ‘walk’ too as a direct result... It’s madness, just plain simple madness...

Similarly, Green now compares his position to that of the Daily Mail in respect of their decision to name the five men it believed to have killed Stephen Lawrence; which they did on the basis that it was in the public interest, that the police`s investigation was unsatisfactory and that given the nature of the crime, the public remained at risk from the perpetrators.

- The big difference is of course that the Mail went to press armed with a far higher standard of corroborated evidence than is actually needed for a conviction. Before printing a word The Mail consulted legal experts to ensure it was and remains ‘fireproof’... The Mail also published only limited amounts of information, protecting vital evidence and was prudent in the way in which it presented its revelations... That is what is necessary in such an exposé - The expertise to ensure that what you run with is legal, does not defeat the ends of justice and stands up to the closest of close scrutiny...

The Mail did not break the law on reporting restrictions nor did it make really stupid mistakes – such as not challenging why a Brother, his Sister and her husband all shared the same surname; the very point on which Mark Daly was provided with the ammunition to rip Green to figurative shreds on live radio!

That Green compare the shambling mess he has helped make of Hollies quest for justice to that of professional journalists who have achieved a real-world result is simply absurd; at best it reflects a man steeped in delusion to the point where all grasp of reality has been lost.

The truth is If, and it seems unlikely, Hollie’s abusers are ever brought to trial they will walk straight out the courtroom laughing up their sleeves because the first thing their defence team will argue is that a fair trial is now impossible thanks to the actions of Robert Green and Greg Lance-Watkins... Oh; the latter may be the real villain of the piece; but Green had a chance to redeem himself since Watkins was exposed; he simply refuses or more probably is unable to accept the horrible reality of what he is continuing to do...

Having spent much time soul- searching and going over the material I have to hand, I find I do not doubt Green’s morals or basic motivations. His actions however, the things he now writes and his continuined pawing over a silly line of defence- things that cannot possibly be based on any grasp of reality - lead me to distressing conclusions. Sadly, reluctantly, and with a heavy heart I can only form the opinion that the balance of Robert Green’s mind is now affected by the stress that he is under. I fear that the man may be mentally ill...

On that basis of course he is not fit to stand trial; and it would be better that the Crown act appropriately in that respect rather than allow this expensive farce to go on... It is a damning indictment of our so-called justice system... A child is raped. Her rapists walk free thanks to laziness, incompetence injelitance. And the man who tries to expose all of this is driven to the point where he loses his mind... And possibly his liberty!

Clearly the prosecution of Robert Green is not now and never was in the public interest; the Crown needs to stop this cruel fiasco now. This has snowballed into something vindictive on which the money needed to serve justice is being squandered. A fiasco which seems to serve only the personal agenda of certain corrupt fat cats...

Mad as a Stoat Green may well be – but it doesn’t change the fact that Hollie Greig was raped, and her rapists are walking away, free as birds. That is a major failure on the part of the Scottish justice system - And Green cannot be criticised for taking the issue up on her behalf no matter how foolish and misguided he has been. Green makes some good points when he highlights the failures of certain individuals. - It is fact that certain convicted sex offenders have got off far too lightly at the hands of certain judges. It is fact that there is a seedy underworld of perverts who prey on children and vulnerable people. It is fact that some of those people are ‘well-connected’, influential...

The Scottish Justice sytem is achieving nothing by its actions except call itself into disrepute. It's rather as if the story of the Emperor's New Clothes concluded with the small boy who pointed out the King was in the altogether being beaten to a pulp by the palace guard... They're in the wrong as far as the Hollie Greig case is concerned and now they want to jail a possibly-ill man for having the temerity to seek justice for her.

The plain fact is that the only thing achieved by the continued persecution of Robert Green is to draw the light of suspicion firmly onto those behind it...

– Sheriff Buchanan has, I believe, an interdict in place against Green. Let his dirty work be done from his own pocket and not the public purse . If Green has breached that interdict then I believe the Sheriff needs no education from me as to what legal steps are actually appropriate... And while he’s at it; if Buchanan feels he has been defamed – why hasn’t he acted against the man who actually defamed him –Greg Lance-Watkins?

One of the biggest questions I am left asking myself as a result of this farce is what hold Greg Lance-Watkins has over Buchanan? Why is he let off the hook while ludicrous lengths have been travelled to persecute Green? And what is it Buchanan might actually have to hide?

As previously discussed here - it's obvious Green is barking up the wrong tree in respect of Buchanan being involved in the rape of Hollie Greig; and certainly he should not be acting as he has - it's counter-productive. However, Buchanan's track record, as highlighted by Green, is not inspiring when it comes to protecting you and me and our children from dirty sex pests; that is a matter of record... The same goes for Angiolini and Co... Clearly, there is a serious problem with the integrity of these people, and if you, like me, form the opinion that you can have no confidence in them; that opionion can only be consolidated by the relentless persecution of Robert Green.

What do they imagine they are 'proving' by hanging this misguided man out to dry?

Robert Green’s ‘showtrial’ begins on January 16^th 2012 – That is unless his lawyer walks out on him again, he is sectioned, or the Scottish Justice system sees sense, they all start behaving like grown-ups and put an end to this farce that calls it into such disrepute!

In his latest blog, the excellent Matt Quinn speculates that Robert Green may have succumbed to madness.

As regular readers of my blogs will testify I have been, for large parts of my life, as mad as the proverbial hatter. This insanity has led me to construct a fantasy world which is a million miles removed from the reality of my life as a sad,smelly pervert and has seen me lash out like an unruly toddler at those who have exposed my deceit.

Thankfully I am now cured of my madness but it gives me no pleasure whatsoever to witness the public disintegration of Robert Green and, by association, the credibility of the Hollie Greig case.

The behaviour of the authorities in relation to Hollie and her mother has been absolutely shocking and having looked at the cold facts I cannot come to any conclusion other than that there has been a major failure of the justice system.

Sadly these facts are now obscured by the increasingly bizarre behaviour of Green and his followers who have dragged a whole host of irrelevant matters into the mix including, inter alia: freemasonry ; evangelical Christianity; satanic ritual abuse; the Magna Carta; Britain's membership of the EU; forced adoption and 9/11.

By suggesting that the failure to investigate the alleged abuse of Hollie Greig is part of an all-encompassing global conspiracy, Green and his followers are pandering to the damaged souls who belong to the self-styled "truth movement". However for every one person who is attracted by this hysterical rhetoric, there are dozens if not hundreds who are repelled and who will regard the Hollie Greig case  in the same way as they regard claims that the Royal Family are shape-shifting reptiles.

As the Hollie Greig campaign has travelled down the looney-tunes route, coverage in influential publications such as the "Sunday Express" and "The Firm" has dried-up. It is extremely frustrating to fight against an establishment who simply pull up the drawbridge and refuse to engage, but by choosing sensationalist tactics rather than sticking to a few simple facts, the campaign is now seen as frankly ridiculous. Robert Green resembles nothing more than a modern-day Don Quixote, tilting at windmills as his grip on reality becomes increasingly tenous.

Green, whose legal knowledge appears, at best, sketchy, is labouring under the mis-apprehension that his forthcoming Breach of the Peace trial is an opportunity for those alleged to have abused Hollie and/or participated in the cover-up to be cross-examined. This delusion has already cost him two legal teams and it is surely doubtful whether the court will indulge him further by granting another delay to his trial.

The bravery and motivation of Robert Green are not in question. Sadly, he has not always displayed good judgement and, as he unravels in public, my advice him would be to walk away from the sorry mess which the Hollie Greig campaign has become.

  To avoid any possible mis-understanding, stating that the campaign has become a sorry mess is NOT the same thing as stating that the allegations made by Hollie are untrue.

Coming Trial, Monday 16th January.
Although there will, no doubt, be discussions involving both sets of legal representatives, at present there remains the prospect of a maximum combined total of 96 witnesses being called by the prosecution and the defence.

As far as the prosecution is concerned, the two individuals named unconditionally as sexual abusers in Dr Eva Harding`s successful report to the CICA, which resulted in the compensation award by the state to Hollie, have not been identified by the prosecution for some reason that one can only speculate upon. The pair are, of course, the father and brother of Hollie, whom one might reasonably expect to be the most distressed of all the possible witnesses, if my allegations were without substance. However, I do intend to call them for the defence.

In fairness, it must be said that one other alleged abuser of Hollie, a female relative named in Dr Harding`s report, has provided a statement for the Crown and I shall be most interested to see how she behaves under cross-examination.

It may be that pyschological and medical examinations may be required of some witnesses to establish further whether or not they are telling the truth, as I am given to understand that reasonably reliable analyses exist in cases of ritual abuse for both perpetrators and victims.

Meanwhile, I am awaiting a response to my formal complaint to PC Vicky Henderson of the seemingly prima facie case of crime being committed in Stonehaven Court on 15th November involving the Crown, Frances McMenamin QC and a reporter from the Scottish Sun. Sheriff Principal Edward Bowen has also been named as a possible witness to the likely offences committed.

Elsewhere it emerges that this alleged Sister of Sheriff Buchanan has a husband who also shares the surname Buchanan... Unusual that! - It's been the Elephant in the room for some time. - Doesn't a married woman normally adopt her Husband's surname? Maybe she'd keep her own of course. Or perhaps if she were the last of her lineage the couple might hyphenate their names...

But in either of those case her husband would either retain his own name; or be Mr ‘Buchanan-Something’ - But he’s not! He’s just plain old Mr Buchanan. And he’s not the Sheriff’s Brother either - It’s very easy to establish that there is no family relationship between the Buchanans, who were allegedly hosts to these debauched events at which children were used as sex toys, and the Aberdeen Sheriff of that same surname...

Mark Daly of course used this to great effect on live radio where he made Robert Green look quite foolish. And foolish he had been. An example of Green hearing what he wants to hear, not checking the facts and having no eye for detail... And, as Greg Lance-Watkins published these allegations to the world; something that speaks volumes about his abilities on that score too...

So, Daly blows the entire Hollie Greig case out of the water with one torpedo! - Even though he acknowledges there is probable evidence that Hollie was indeed abused at some point! So much for the dogged investigator who never lets a line of enquiry go until the truth has been exposed. Surely some ‘mishtake’? One-shot-Daly leaves the wreckage to float away while ‘others’, having apparently spent the evening in the company of Messrs Morangie and Fiddich later join the fray on-air to confirm that they work with “big lawyers” on “big stories” and generally promote the cause of ‘big Marky’...

Elsewhere Daly’s to be found nursing moral outrage; spouting self-righteously about his track record, obviously offended that anyone would dare question his journalistic moral compass. Greg Lance-Watkins suddenly hoists his true colours as it becomes apparent his part in things is likely to be exposed and ripped apart... And Hollie’s hopes of justice start heading south as the whole case heads up mockingbird lane...

Green provided the powder for that torpedo, Watkins packed it; but it was Daly who fired it and then walked away in a strop; as cheap a shot as I can imagine...

However - Inconvenient though some will find it, Sheriff Buchanan is not a likely candidate to be the same ‘Graham’ who was allegedly involved in the abuse of Hollie Greig... There are a number of difficulties with sticking to the claim that he is; not the least of which is that hounding the wrong man allows the real offender to walk free.

That's not to say that I personally believe Buchanan's hands to be clean; I am of the firm opinion that Green's persecution indicates that man may well have something to hide... Some nasty little secret he would rather didn't come out in the wash. But, as Green of all people should appreciate; creating handy scapegoats does not serve the ends of justice.

Of course this does not detract from Hollie’s claims in any way. She was a child at the time of the assault upon her. She was doubtless frightened, confused, disoriented - and of course less mentally agile than the average person. The scum who abused her could have told her anything as to who was who; and probably did.

One is better off not attempting to comprehend the minds of the sick, debauched individuals who indulge in this type of activity. However can there be any doubt that they are dishonest and corrupt? - In which case why would we expect them to have given their real identities so readily away to children they were using as mere playthings? Hollie is not, In my opinion, lying when she says she was abused by a man she believes was calling himself Graham Buchanan. She is not lying when she claims to believe that man to be a lawyer; she is simply repeating the disinformation that was deliberately fed to her.

Green needs to ‘fess up’ to his responsibilities here; he was ripped to shreds on live radio by Daly simply because he had not thoroughly investigated the most obvious of issues... That same issue is the spark that will probably see him (figuratively) ‘burned at the stake’.

-Which brings us back to the same old raft of questions.

Why did Sheriff Buchanan not take the fairly obvious and valid route of instigating a defamation action against Greg Lance-Watkins and possibly Robert Green? And why is Green being targeted in this ludicrous way when Greg Lance-Watkins – who had far more to do with the dissemination of the allegations against Buchanan – is allowed to go as free as air?

It is my belief that, in journalistic terms, the Hollie Greig case as reported by the Greig Ladies is merely a signpost. – I do not say that dismissively, for as even One-shot Daly seems to concede, there is evidence to suggest Hollie was abused; and that cannot rest unchallenged. However the wider ‘story’ that emerges – for those not too lazy to investigate it - is not one that is particularly attractive if what the ‘journalist’ in question seeks is notoriety in the profession though cheap, flash ‘tabloidesque’ exposé.

The story that emerges is a soul-destroying tale of grubby little perverts living in grubby little houses engaging in a particularly grubby little trade to sate a grubby little appetite...

That trade is primarily in extreme pornography. And you may find within it people with a long standing interest in the production side of things. – At least two of the individuals named in relation to the Hollie Greig case for instance have specialist knowledge of audio-visual techniques. One of these is an ‘amateur’ who has often spent the price of a car on particular pieces of professional equipment. – And yet for all that ‘enthusiasm’ and investment has nothing much to show by way of programme material - or perhaps nothing that can be shown in decent company?

Elsewhere in the disturbing story of the Hollie Greig case we have other individuals, well-placed to ship elicit pornography to the UK and, via contacts in their ‘day job’ to and from other corners of the world. – Curious creatures that do menial jobs which pay far less money than could supply the lavish lifestyle they have acquired for themselves... Others still seem well-placed to distribute illegal material within the UK - The vestigial remains, for instance, of a once legitimate but now failed retail outlet would provide the sort of storage and distribution ‘front’ that could allow filth to be bought and sold and sent all over the country with barely a question.

Unlike Mark Daly I do not believe that the ‘through a glass darkly’ allegations laid by Anne and Hollie Greig are ether the beginning or end of the story here. Devastating though their experiences have been, the Greig ladies are simply, as I say, a signpost. What we hear from Anne and Hollie is flawed, it is probably inaccurate in places and at times hysterical – but it is not fundamentally untrue in my opinion.

A complex tangled web (often inadvertently) linking minor perverts, sex offenders, readers of dirty books, injelitant Police services, social work departments, medics – None of this makes for big blazing headlines or fills hours of airtime. Examining even a small part of that web reveals minor connections so complex that any and all coherence is quickly lost. And like a Spider’s web, any ‘vibrations’ on one corner send the creature scuttling to ‘wrap up’ any prey or predator...

Sheriff Graham Buchanan may well be easily able to demonstrate he had nothing to do with the abuse of Hollie Greig. And one might reasonably wonder just how much control and influence he has had over events once he’d started the snowball rolling with that interdict. – But really; why all the fuss?

What the hell does the so-called justice system in Scotland think it's proving by persecuting this man? - And why is the man who actually was behind spreadig these claims to the world being allowed to go untroubled - What hold does he have over those in authority?

The spark of a conspiracy theory? Maybe - there's certainly something amiss here.

For me, the one thing the persecution of Robert Green has achieved is to cause me to wonder what exactly it is Buchanan et al might have to hide. It has caused me to wonder just how fit for purpose is our justice system – when a rape victim is bullied and harassed and her allegation really not properly addressed – yet a hapless, foolish, yet well-meaning man receives the sort of treatment only fitting for a violent criminal or drugs offender for pushing the issue?

A reasonably well-estimated half million pounds of taxpayers money is being spend chasing this silly man down for Breach of The Peace – A charge normally used to clear the streets of shouty drunks!

Methinks the Scottish justice system is being run by Queen Gertrude; for it doth protest too much about completely the wrong things! - Really Mulholland should order an immediate end to this farce; it’s a complete waste of public money and resources; and frankly is causing the light of suspicion to be turned on the people behind it!

Something stinks here...

And it isn’t just the ammonia-like stench from a certain “bag of piss and wind” (his own turn of phrase) from Chepstow...

In terms of the Hollie Greig case, and her quest for justice, Greg Lance-Watkins is very much the villain of the piece; but ultimately, I have to tell you that Robert Green has been foolish on many levels and that I cannot condone or endorse his actions. - Particularly those over the past 18 months or so when it became clear that Watkins had lead him ‘up the garden path’ as it were. He was, to my certain knowledge better advised after that disgusting old wretch was removed from the scene. Green chose another path.

It has to be recognised and acknowledged that certain individuals ( and I’m not necessarily talking about Green here) seek notoriety off the back of Hollie’s tragedy. They seek to sell books, lecture tours, tickets for rallies, get their faces on TV and generally fit this child’s tragedy into whatever quasi-political agenda suits their particular madness... And their followers; often unwell or damaged by injustice themselves; again, determined to fit Hollie’s case into the story of their own lives.

Justice? For Hollie Greig? - Hardly likely as certain people carry on where Greg Lance-Watkins left off and drive the whole matter further and further down the dark road of madness! -Tragedy heaped on tragedy. Of course none of this would ever have happened had the girl simply received what was due to her in the first place.

Watkins’ perverted ‘Stolen Kids’ site served certain purposes; most of them nefarious. – There was the sick ‘entertainment‘ aspect of course; and the fact it ‘deflected’ much press attention from Hollie’s case while it seemed (as Watkins put it) ‘Official’. Interestingly though it backfires badly on him...

Since being hacked, all of the inflammatory material that was posted after Watkins’ revealed his true nature and duplicity has been removed. This is a positive thing as much of that material was openly stalking and attacking Anne and Hollie Grieg (an offence in itself) – often in deeply disturbing and perverse ways. Alleviating some of the ongoing distress caused to the Greig Ladies is an achievement. – That does not mean it is gone forever though.

The contentious material is archived of course, and it’s even possible still for the public to access it. So it remains evidence that might well see Watkins brought up on charges – we certainly hope so.

Similarly, the core site (left as it was; completely unaltered) as it was up to around March 2010 serves as proof not (as the pervert’s lobby would have it) to condemn Green; but to prove his innocence, in so far as he had no control over what was posted there; and was being conned into endorsing it. That material has been allowed to stand and again this is a very positive thing... Greg Lance-Watkins is the author of his own misfortune in terms of what awaits him.

It seems too that the perverse Facebook page that was set up recently to attack Hollie was taken down. We (as a company) can tell you that we took legal advice to have pages related to us and our staff removed; and I believe a certain level of input was provided by our lawyers to Facebook in that respect. – Not that we to any degree seek credit for having the offending page relating to Hollie removed; we believe that was primarily the work of certain of Hollie’s advocates who are to be commended for their efforts.

So it seems we may be rounding a corner as those who have a vested interest in attacking Hollie’s case and preventing her from getting justice begin to be brought to heel. – But of course a bunch of ignorant perverts messing around childishly on Facebook or in evil-minded blogs or even their own perverted websites is as nothing compared to the actions of officialdom in perverting the course of justice...

For certain, the Likes of Kenny McAskill and Eilish Angiolini do not, in my opinion, serve their country well. And they strike me as particularly unpleasant, arrogant and self-serving individuals; with no interest in honesty, justice or the wellbeing of the people who pay their grossly-inflated wages. But then that is the nature of the modern political animal. Politics and dishonesty are words which are almost completely interchangeable.

That said; whilst I do personally believe these people to be dishonourable and dishonest - to demonise them in the particular way that has been done in relation to the Hollie Greig case is just plain silly... Childishly so! And clearly some folk really just need to grow up! - Cogent, logical, well-grounded exposure of evidenced failure is what is required to expose these animals; not fairy stories about Witches, Satanists and Masons! However the antics of the more fanciful sectors of Hollie’s support do not detract from some very simple facts.

Hollie Greig, a little girl as she was at the time, was raped... Her rapists are alive and well and living in freedom... And the justice system has failed this most vulnerable of citizens. -Utterly!

– Some of Hollie’s supporters may be (to quote one particularly arrogant, spineless, dim-witted and ill-informed prick from the BBC) “stupid bloody amateurs”; But just because they don’t know what they’re doing, that doesn’t mean they don’t have damn good reasons and justification for doing it!

The official attitude and response to the Hollie Greig case highlights a serious problem in public service. In fact the official response to the Hollie Greig case is nothing short of an outrage. It stinks! - It stinks of failure, it stinks of dishonesty, it stinks of bullying, it stinks of abuse of power and privilege, it stinks of corruption, it stinks of fear.

Consider the matters raised by Robert Green in his blog entry of December the 6th 2011...

– Whilst many of Green’s conclusions and allusions may be questioned, the bare facts are pretty much as he says... The home of a disabled woman and her Mother was vandalised by officially sanctioned thugs. And there is no other word to describe the people who carried out this act. By any reasonable measure it was extreme and unjustified.

– Likewise the extraordinary lengths and resources dedicated to hauling the hapless Robert Green up on the relatively trivial charge of Breach of the Peace...

We should expect and demand more from professionals – especially those employed to serve the public. But sadly, as any regular reader of “Private Eye” will know; you can, with disturbing reliability, fill pages and pages with copy that exposes the corrupt and dishonest culture that underpins big business and public service...

As much as this is all driven by lack of integrity it is also due to a lack of competence. Indeed; the capable and the worthy are actively blocked and discouraged - even bullied to the point of being made ill, within many public service organisations. The capable and the worthy represent a threat to the status quo...

Throughout public service there is a culture of ‘injelitance’. That is to say one where managers do not promote individuals whose competence might threaten their own position; while management shuns equality, it feeds on mediocrity or worse. And of course embraces dishonesty in the process. – This is quite childish in nature. One can often observe that the management of both public service organisations and the quasi-commercial ‘private’ sector (i.e. privatised utilities etc) bear more of a resemblance to some collection of wee lassies playing ‘shops and offices’ than it does any credible or remotely useful professional activity...

Childish and dishonest - it is actually quite rare to find a public service these days that is being managed and run by sensible, honest serious-minded grown-ups!

We live in a culture where, in public service, failure is often not only rewarded but promoted... Dishonesty flourishes; and you can select your descriptive cliché at will for what follows – painting the roses red – Emperor’s new clothes syndrome (ENCS). Personally I prefer to call a spade a spade and a crook a crook!

- An obsession with box-ticking and the generation of vacuous statistics with which to ‘prove’ their lies typifies the injelitant management system. Invariably their job becomes about the manipulation of so-called ‘performance indicators’, self-preservation and guardianship of budgets rather than actually providing the core service. Only a flimsy facade of that core service is important to them. Even then, so entrenched in arrogance and secure in their delusions do they become, that really is the most superficial of illusions.

This is why for instance you’ll find a top-heavy NHS. – an education system where barely-able-to-read school leavers are given worthless certification – a fire brigade that stands around arguing about ‘health and safety’ while a woman’s life ebbs away – senile pensioners left to endanger themselves and others when they should be in sheltered housing or care homes – Doctor’s surgeries where ‘the management’ make it as awkward as possible for sick people to actually see a doctor... This is why a vulnerable victim of crime can be denied justice; and when her advocates cry “foul” they are rounded upon...

A prime example of the most obscenely childish behaviour exists in the persecution of Robert Green.

There is little doubt that Green has gone about things the wrong way. There is little doubt that he lacks the necessary attention to detail. There is no doubt that his research into the case is flawed, many of his conclusions are ridiculous. His understanding of the law apparently has more to do with TV fiction than reality and he seems to only hear what he wants to hear.

But there is one thing about which he is not wrong. The justice system has failed Hollie Greig...

– So what if the man is a bloody nuisance? So what is he is ‘nuts’? I’m asking McAskill and his cronies how that is worth a reasonably well-estimated ½ Million pounds of taxpayer’s money spent bringing him to book on a piss-poor Breach of The Peace charge? And make no mistake; this certainly appears to be how the playground bullies involved with the administration of justice in Scotland prefer to spend our money!

I’ll leave you with an interesting thought. – Sheriff Graham Buchanan could easily and soundly ‘see off’ Robert Green’s allegations against him.

– A man called something like ‘Graham Buchanan’ may well have been involved in the abuse of Hollie Greig. But it is quickly and easily established that he is extremely unlikely to be the Sheriff of a similar name. - This leaves us with a serious difficulty...

On principal no-one need prove their innocence; it is up to their accusers to prove guilt. However, in the real world it is often more practical, appropriate and satisfactory to call an accuser’s bluff. – A short press statement and perhaps an interdict would have killed the allegations against Buchanan stone dead. And given a legitimate and easily navigated path to prosecution should it have proved necessary. Instead we have the current situation...

Half-a-million-pounds spent - how? – Why?

Trying to gag some madman? Defending the interests of well-heeled individuals who work for the so-called Scottish justice system? Trying to cover something up perhaps? What is it they are trying to hide in all this?

Green will, in my view, be convicted. And in the process he will become a martyr and hero to the ‘tin foil hat’ brigade. And, though I disassociate and distance myself from that particular group, it has to be acknowledged

– Green’s conviction, and indeed this whole debacle leaves more questions surrounding the Hollie Greig case than we started out with...

There has in the last few days been the most despicable and revolting blog post that I have read in a long time.
I am ashamed, not for who I am or what I believe in, but for the disgusting display of pack animals on the basis of unsubstantiated allegations by Susanne Nundy (Anna Raccoon), especially from those who claim to be libertarian.
I am disappointed to the point of being disgusted. Disgusted that so very few indicated that every story has two sides, and that not one single person said the words ‘prove it’, or ‘where is the evidence’, and it says more about the hive mentality of the audience than the delusions of the writer.
Susanne Nundy, aka Anna Raccoon has decided to air some of her dirty washing in public, yet when we delve deeper into her past and her possible motives, it creates a very different view to her latest story line, because Susanne Nundy has been acting to destabilise the Libertarian Party since its inception, creating problems for the Leadership of the party at every opportunity.
But before we get too far into the Nundy past, let me refute completely her version of events with regards to myself and the actions of Rohan Kapur.
The very first I had heard of this ‘incident’ was when I received a late night telephone call at 11pm on the day that Rohen had left her home. She recalled that she had been in touch by email with Rohan over a period of time, that online conversations led on to the matter of property, that Rohan was looking to buy such a property and that she had a second property that she had for sale. As such she had invited him to France to look at it, and as he had not booked any accommodation for his visit decided to put him up at home for the 2 days he was to be there.
She then explained the ‘events’ of the food eating, the photo’s and the computer use and asked of me ‘what are you going to do about it’.
My response was that if true, such allegations were somewhat serious, but what would she like me to do about it, because as far as I was concerned this was a private matter and nothing to do with the party and I didn’t understand why she would call me over his behaviour.
At this point she then demanded, and I mean demanded, that because Rohen was a Libertarian PPC it was my business, that he was unsuitable as a candidate, that I should discuss this with Andrew (who apart from being Chairman at that time was also acting as the candidate selection officer) and if necessary call a special NCC meeting to have Rohen deselected. She also demanded a full and unreserved apology from Rohen Kapur, because her husband was ready to start legal proceedings unless LPUK did something about him.
It was at this point that she advised me of Rohen’s mental health problems, told me that she had seen his medical record and actually read back to me a list of conditions that were in that file, along with a series of matters that were before the GMC. (that is the first time that my alarm bells began to ring with regards to Susanne Nundy). When asked how she had access to these files, she indicated that some former colleagues had advised her of Rohan’s unsuitability… which if she had known beforehand… would never have invited him to France… Yet she had this information to hand to read to me on the day he left…
Her apparent ability to gain access to private and confidential documentation is something that I will come back to later in this post.
What she didn’t know, and I didn’t tell her was that Rohan had actually approached me 2 months earlier, had advised of his ongoing legal problems with the GMC and had voluntarily agreed to be deselected.
The following day I did speak with Andrew about this, who in turn called Susanne Nundy. I also called Rohan, repeated the allegations, many of which he absolutely denied (and still does), and suggested that he should produce a full apology in order to end this matter.
At no time was her telephone call remarked to be ‘in confidence’. She wanted action and wanted it NOW. As a result there was a special NCC meeting, the outcome being that Rohan Kapur was suspended from the party, a decision I have to say I now regret.
With hindsight I should have stuck to my original line of ‘nothing to do with the party’, and I put this down to set-up #1. As with her post about Andrew Withers, there was no evidence, only her allegations and again she manages to conflate what are private matters with party business.
I would call this a set-up simply because Susanne Nundy has a history. Wherever there is a story of abuse by officials, especially when it relates to children or paedophilia, up pops a swathe of names including Anna Raccoon, Susanne Nundy or under her maiden name Susanne Cameron-Blackie , all ready to ‘assist’, yet strangely the outcome is never the one that those originally abused, or their campaigners envisaged. More often than not they are ripped apart, labelled as nutters and thrown to the pack in the manner we saw with her post about Andrew Withers yesterday. Its almost as if she is a professional Trojan Horse.
Susanne’s own career in the Lord Chancellor’s department is not necessarily what you imagine it was. Whilst she continually presents herself as a lawyer, she can call herself a lawyer only insomuch as she has a law degree, but I can find no records that she ever qualified as a solicitor or barrister and was never called to the bar. (if I am wrong perhaps she has some physical evidence to the contrary, such as certificates or photos that can be published).
No, Susanne Nundy was a ‘Lord Chancellor’s visitor’, as such she was little more than a glorified social worker, but with special powers.
The Lord Chancellor can appoint a Court of Protection visitor to a panel of special visitors or a panel of general visitors. These visitors replace the current Lord Chancellor’s visitors under Section 102 of the Mental Health Act 1983. To be eligible for appointment as a special visitor a person must be a registered medical practitioner or appear to the Lord Chancellor to have other suitable training or special knowledge. However, a general visitor does not need to have any particular medical qualifications.
Visitors have the power to carry out visits and produce reports as directed by the court or the public guardian. They have the power to examine and take copies of documents or records held by authorities that relate to the protected person, and also have the power to interview the protected person in private. Special visitors also have the powers to carry out medical examinations if necessary. The Code of Practice indicates that visitors have a role to play in investigating possible abuse and also to check on the general well-being of a person who lacks capacity.(source)
A lot of power, especially if the person concerned is slightly unstable (as per the Mental Health Act).
Susanne claims to have moved to France in 2005, either 5 years or 2 years after having left the Lord Chancellors office (depending on which of her versions you read), yet here is her LinkedIn profile showing her as a Lord Chancellors visitor (DCA) located in erm… Aquitaine, France. (It is worth noting that the DCA was only added after the Tony Blair shake-up of that department, with the Dept of Constitutional Affairs added to it in 2005), and it is my understanding that her career with the Lord Chancellors office came to an end when she put in a claim under the Mental Health Act for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and walked away with a cool £250,000 of taxpayers money in compensation (her original claim was reported to be £500,000).
That her investments in property with that compensation money have gone awry, leaving her in a parlous financial state must give cause to consider that doing ‘favours’ for the department is a financial motive worth considering.
That Andrew Withers is winning his battles where they should be won, in court, would not stop the more unscrupulous from using smear campaigns to discredit where the attempted legal avenues have been discovered to be littered with lies, perjury, forgeries and malfeasance.
It was after discovering these elements of her past that I perhaps wondered if she was still doing ‘favours’ for old colleagues. Consider that Rohan Kapur was also winning or at least holding his own in his legal battles with the GMC, how better to dispose of a thorn in their side than a public discrediting of him. Also take her post on the Hollie Greg campaign which was also beginning to gain traction, another public shredding from Anna Raccoon.
Earlier I referred to her access to private and confidential documentation, because in each case she seems to have obtained or at least had sight of private or confidential documentation that is certainly not in the public domain, and in the case of Hollie Greg documentation that was sealed, not even available to the family. Just how does Susanne Nundy gain access to such confidential documentation unless she still works for government, or it is being fed to her.
As others have said “let’s face it, there’s no more cruel a kick than the kick of a Trojan Horse”.
Never forget, that there are always multiple levels to politics. What the public see and read in the press and media is a very sanitised end presentation, what goes on in the background and in dark corners is what some of us have been dealing with and exposing every day for many years. We have always been aware that there would be attempts to destabilise the Libertarian Party, to stop it forming into a coherent political force in the same way using similar methods that were tried on UKIP in its early days, and the biggest beneficiary to that destabilisation would be the DCA as I have written about in the past.
Could Anna Raccoon really be a trojan horse for the DCA and other government departments? Because it’s certainly beginning to look like it from where I sit.
But please, all this information is in the public domain, so take your own time to look it up to satisfy yourselves that this is real, and to give you some further insight, here are some observations on the contradictions that are Anna Raccoon, from a black ops watcher, Blackwatchfrom September last year.
Susanne Nundy is just as baffling a proposition. For those unfamiliar with the story, Susanne Nundy is the name used by British Libertarian blogger, Anna Raccoon, more popularly known for her posts about the Madeleine McCann and Hollie Greig stories and a favourite of the Nbrado-run, Chaos Raptors website (who seem to have blocked my IP this week, from what I can gather).
Nundy and Greg Watkins are alleged to have co-managed a disinformation campaign around the Hollie Greig case by an equally dubious set of Greig supporters (the kind that give Andrew Marr all the amunition he needs to make sweeping generalisations)
Why did ‘Susanne Nundy’ or whoever she is – use the email addresscourtofprotection.co.uk?
The Court of Protection as it exists now, was set up by Jack Straw and New Labour in 2005 (created under the Mental Capacity Act 2005). In the Inexorable choices‘ post Nundy says she was in office in 2003 (just as Blair ditched the office of Lord Chancellor) and yet in an email she sent me yesterday, Raccoon insists she had resigned the office in 2000 (which I’m happy to forward to anyone who requests it). But even Chris Carter, her replacement in 2004, insists she was working at this time.
Interestingly the email address alleged to have ‘outed’ Anna Raccoon (and I use the term cautiously) was left on a website for Old Scholars at St Christopher’s School in Letchworth, Hertfordshire – an old and respected boarding school set up by Beatrice Ensor – a close friend of Fabian Socialist and Freemason, Annie Besant and sponsored by Helena Blavtasky’s Theosophical Society – a weird and slightly extreme religious group influenced by new age and Aryan mysticism (imagine David Icke with some serious political backers and a decent night’s sleep).
But all this sounds a bit too good to be true in my opinion: leaving a breadcrumb trail to some weird theosophical preparatory school with links to Freemasons and Fabian Socialism? Throw in a few references to the Lord Chancellor and working for the Court of Protection? No, something just doesn’t sit right with me. It’s all too neat. Like my Christmasses have all come early. Things like this don’t just fall into your lap so easily, do they?
On the otherhand, its seems unlikely that the email address was left deliberately (as breadcrumbs) as it appears as far back in the wayback records as January 2004 so she must have been using it around the time.
Why Nundy was using an email address that alluded to a governmental role but which clearly hadn’t been registered through any formal government department remains unclear (the domain name doesn’t have the expected TLD .gov.uk - like that of the Supreme Court, for instance).
A parking page for the courtofprotection.co.uk website from March 2003 suggests the original courtofprotection.co.uk site was set up and maintained in France.
The domain makes one appearance in 2003 and then disappears – so make what you will of the credibility of the site ro her claims.
I’m also finding it difficult to reconcile Susanne Nundy’s celebrated ‘Libertarian’ ideals with the idea of her working with such a crudely draconian, insidious and cheerfully Orwellian institution as the Court of Protection. I’ve seen her attempts to address this fairly awkward little paradox in her blog. She says it wasn’t an invention of ‘Nu Labour’ and Jack Straw – but that’s just being pedantic.
It had existed in one form or another for years, but New Labour extended its powers and its reach exponentially in 2005 (whilst simultaneously incapacitating the power of carers and relatives). It was rebranded, relaunched. According to a Daily Telegraph report, the Court of Protection’s expansion had been controversial’ not only for its extensive powers but also for the fact that almost all of its hearings take place in private‘.
My guess, is that like Shrimpton and Bennett the character going by the name of Nundy doesn’t know whether she’s extremely right or extremely left. However, I suppose the distribution of any ideal can be skewed and uneven on occasion. Justlook at the blogs she claims to read – they don’t get more skewed than that. If I was being pedantic (now heaven forbid) I’d say the miscellaneous nature of it made it look more like a webring or a linkfarm of sorts.
But what better way to manage opinion than by managing both sides?
Could Susanne Nundy really be a protector of paedophile rings inside government institutions as is alleged by some of Hollie Greig’s supporters? Was the use of her LinkedIn profile, the fake court of protection email address & website in France a prelude to something more sinister? Further discrepancies are investigated by BW in the comments.
Not too impressed with this ‘Anna Raccoon’, I have to say. She was tripping herself up left right and centre in emails we exchanged yesterday. One minute she was saying she hadn’t placed her name and email address on the St Christopher’s Old Scholars page – that someone else had – (susanne.nundy@courtofprotection.co.uk)the next she was saying she had given permission afterall (after I’d pointed out that I’d been in touch with David Curzons who manages the Old Scholars page and he said old scholars MUST request it themselves).
She says in her ‘Intimidation and cooercion‘ post that “the e-mail address given is not and has never been a genuine e-mail address.”
But if it was not a genuine email address: how could St Christophers contact her using that address to add her to the list as she told me yesterday?
She also says she never used the courtofprotection.co.uk address after retiring in 2000 but the domain is there in the wayback archives in 2003 – under construction in France – where she lives.
Raccoon’s site is down for ‘maintenance’ at the moment so I can well imagine she is altering some of her posts as we speak in the event the Office of the Public Guardian start looking more closely at her claims.
Here’s what she says in her ‘Inexorable choices‘ post:
“I worked in the Lord Chancellor?s Office the last time Labour (under Tony Blair) made one of their knee jerk attempts at reforming the constitution to suit themselves. Blair got up one morning and ?abolished? the Lord Chancellor. Chaos ensued.” – nb: this was 2003-2005.And here’s what Ms Nundy says in an email to me yesterday:
“I most certainly was not working as a Visitor after 2000. I let the domain lapse. I have no idea who re-registered it. I didn?t move to France until 2005 so the fact that it was someone in France has no suspicious connections with me.”And again, in a previous email:
“Mrs Nundy ceased to use the courtofprotection.co.uk address in 2000 when she retired from work. What has happened to it since then is of no interest to me, nor relevance.”Does she always talk about herself in the third person? Here’s another of Ms Nundy’s ‘out of body experiences’ (or travels in the third person narrative) – a rather flattering report she did about ‘the blogger’ Anna Raccoon. Herself by any other name.
She’s not lying exactly. She’s not telling the truth exactly. In one breath she says she retired in 2000 – and in another breath says she was working in the Lord Chancellor’s Office in 2003. That she’s been involved in this work seems certain in many respects but she seems to have lied about all the timings. Why? And how does one balance her propensity for lying with her devotion as a Quaker (anyone remember the ‘testimony of integrity’ and such like)?
Has Raccoon just been impersonating Ms Nundy? Sounds dumb, but who knows, given the lies thus far.
I shall leave you to draw your own conclusions.

As the year draws to an end we have to ask why the Hollie Grieg case was not investigated with the same vigour as Robert Greens ALLEGED breach of the peace case,cost to date approx £500,000.00 .

This is despite Hollie being "probably abused " ,Grampian Police, and awarded over 13000.00 shut up money by the CRIMINAL Injuries compensation board. A lesser woman than Anne Greig would have let it go but rather than capitulate and despite the questionable death of her brother she proved her sanity and Hollies reliability as a credible witness.Are there things that need to be clarified , certainly but unlike Hollies father whos reaction to hearing his daughter was raped was to get on a plane to Portugal, Anne persued this case and through Stuart Usher obtained the services of Robert Green ,a good man , not a saint, who like many was upset at Anne and Hollies treatment and the states refusal to give Hollie her rights to a decent proffesional investigation worthy of its name. The convential option has not been open to Robert Green , when the BBC and most of the press seem to run scared and the First Minister Salmon refuses to answer an FOI what else could he do.? What would YOU do?

It s time to end this breach of the peace Jihad against Robert and carry out a proper unbiased investigationand time for all supporters of this case to focus on the simple facts, what are they hiding if there is nothing to hide?. There is no need to embelish this story it is remarkable enough as it is.

Frank Mulholland and the Death of Robert David Greig

Throughout all the state`s innumerable attempts to obstruct and pervert the course of justice in relation to Hollie`s case and those related to it, none could be more blatant than the continued failure of the Scottish establishment to conduct a full investigation into the death of Hollie`s much-loved uncle, Robert David Greig, found in a burning stationary car in a remote lane to the north of Aberdeen on the night of 17th November 1997.

After a good deal of persistence, I received an anonymous email from the Crown Office on 30th August, stating that it had been concluded that Mr Greig had died by suicide.

Although a great deal of information, much of a documentary nature, has since clearly and overwhelmingly indicated murder, all the circumstances, even at the time of his death, pointed to foul play. I shall be laying out full details of the evidence and circumstances in a future blog, but what I can say is that suicide by fire is a very rare occurrence, Grampian Police admitting that during the past ten years, there has only been recorded one such similar event. This did not prevent the authorities concluding, in a document I hold, that Mr Greig had committed suicide just four hours after his death.

The NHS has also recently confirmed that it has no knowledge that any medical reports were ever requested about Mr Greig`s health by any investigating body and Robert Greig`s next-of-kin was never questioned about this vital aspect.

Many interested parties, including MP Andrew George, have stated that there appears to be a lot of evidence relating to these issues that point in one direction only, indicating that the whole case deserves a thorough review.

I have recently contacted the current Lord Advocate, Frank Mulholland on three occasions, not only requesting the identity of the author of the Crown Office`s email, but also asking him to endorse the statement about Robert Greig`s suicide if he believes that to be true.

The Lord Advocate has refused to do this.

‘VENDETTA’ drives Crown Office ‘no matter the cost’ prosecution of THREE YEAR, £1 MILLION Breach of the peace charge against anti-abuse campaigner

Breach of the peace trial of Anti-abuse campaigner Robert Green will ultimately cost taxpayers up to £1 million say sources. A RECORD TWO YEAR BREACH OF THE PEACE prosecution against anti-abuse campaignerRobert Green which is apparently being waged at the insistence of key figures in Scotland’s legal world including private law firms with direct & personal links to Scottish Ministers, serving members of the judiciary and Crown Office officials both current & former is likely to result in a final staggering bill of up to ONE MILLION POUNDS to taxpayers after the eventual conclusion of any trial which will probably take the case into a THIRD YEAR after the initial arrest, according to newly released estimates by legal insiders of the costs of the long running case which began when Robert Green was charged in February 2010 after attempting to hand out leaflets which publicised the case of Downs Syndrome victim Hollie Greigwho is alleged to have been repeatedly abused by an Aberdeen based paedophile ring.

The now record costs of the Crown Office’ prosecution for a single Breach of the Peace, dubbed by legal insiders a “Three year private vendetta bankrolled by taxpayers against Robert Green & abuse victims” were revealed when Scottish Law Reporter earlier reported pre-trial costs had already risen to around HALF A MILLION POUNDS, after factoring in the expenses of THIRTEEN earlier hearings at Stonehaven Sheriff Court, 15,000 travel miles for the accused, hugely expensive legal bills generated by private law firms hired by officials which appear to have been paid for out of public funds, rising legal aid fees, trips by Grampian Police Officers to England to search & raid homes & seize property including computers & documents, Crown Office staff being flown into Aberdeen especially for the case, and the costs to the Crown of ‘consulting & maintain’ a witness list which has varied in numbers and currently totals SIXTY ONE persons.

Former Lord Advocate now Dame Elish Angiolini employed law firm linked to Cayman Islands & Cocaine addict who ran Glasgow City Council, Levy Mcrae from Glasgow. The controversial case, which earlier this week had an unprecedented FOURTEENTH HEARING at Stonehaven Sheriff Court and now has apreliminary date of 16 January 2012 set for the actual trial to finally take place, may see former Lord Advocate now Dame Elish Angiolini DBE QC take the witness stand to answer questions over why Mr Green was charged with breach of the peace with regard to his anti-abuse campaigning. Dame Angiolini is also likely to be asked why in her position of Lord Advocate she used a private law firm whose partners have dealings in the well known offshore tax dodging haven of the Cayman Islands, LEVY MCRAE, to serve interdicts against Mr Green while also threatening media outlets including Scots law publication “The Firm” and several newspapers over their coverage of the abuse story.

Late last night, sources close to COPFS let it be known officials were being badgered to maintain the prosecution of Green“on a no matter the cost basis". Reports of telephone calls to & off-the-record meetings between those with an interest in maintaining the prosecution of Green and COPFS officials have been likened akin to “a lobbying effort" to punish the anti-abuse campaigner for raising issues over the failings of an abuse investigation carried out years ago by Grampian Police & Scotland’s prosecuting authorities around the time Dame Angiolini served as Procurator Fiscal for the Aberdeen area.

The fruitless & costly investigation by Grampian Police into the abuse claims has been criticised over the years by campaigners & politicians, and yet with no clear end result after Police involvement in the case, Hollie Greig, who was a child at the time of the abuse, was paid a significant sum of money from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority totalling £13,500, a move which prosecutors are reluctant to explain.

At the latest hearing of the case this week, which was solely to determine the status of Procurator Fiscal Stephen McGowan who has also been called as a witness for the defence, Mr Green’s defence solicitor, Mr Alan MacLeod informed the court that as he had just been appointed as part of the new legal team for the defence given the withdrawal of Mr Green’s previous legal advisers who included Frances McMenamin QC, he required time to look through the complex evidence of the case. Mr MacLeod requested the trial date be delayed until 16th January 2012.

However, Grampian Area Procurator Fiscal Anne Currie opposed the defence’s request, stating the Crown wanted the trial to go ahead as quickly as possible in the interests of Crown witnesses, whose names have not yet been made public.

Responding to the Crowns objections, Mr MacLeod for the defence told Sheriff Principal Bowen that if the Crown’s demands were accepted, the whole defence team would have to immediately withdraw from representing the accused as it would be impossible and unreasonable for them to prepare its case in a short amount of time, given its undoubted complexity.

Sheriff Principal Bowen accepted the defence plea, ruling that the trial should commence on 16th January 2012 and that yet another interim hearing to resolve the issue of Mr McGowan`s refusal to recuse himself from the prosecution of Mr Green should be heard on 21st December. Sheriff Principal Bowen also voiced his concerns about the rising costs of pursuing the case.

Reporting on the background of the case, Robert Green was arrested by Police on 12th February 2010 in relation to a breach of the peace alleged to have been committed in Aberdeen when Mr Green attempted to hand out leaflets regarding the anti-abuse campaign. It was also revealed the then Lord Advocate, now Dame Elish Angiolini had employed private law firm Levy McRae to serve interdicts on Mr Green in connection with his campaign to ‘out’ alleged abusers of downs syndrome victim Hollie Greig. Glasogw law firm Levy McRae who later represented shamed former Glasgow City Council Boss & Cocaine addict Steven Purcell, proceeded to threaten several media outlets & journalists over their reporting of the case, covered by Scottish Law Reporter HERE & HERE. The Purcell scandal caused some newspapers to ‘evaluate’ their relationship with Levy McRae, details of which were featured in a report here : HERE

Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill worked at same law firm used by then Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini in interdict case. As details of the case began to be reported in the wider press, it emerged the Scottish Justice Secretary, Kenny MacAskill has personal links to LEVY MCRAE, the law firm employed by the then Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini in legal action against Mr Green. Mr MacAskill has made no comment on the fact he served his apprenticeship at Levy McRae and also worked at the firm for a considerable time during his years as a solicitor before he entered politics, while he is thought to have backed Dame Angiolini in her actions at the time. The revelations were reported by Scottish Law Reporter at the time, HERE.

The Crown Office have consistently REFUSED to respond to Freedom of Information requests asking for details of how much public money was spent on legal representation for the then Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini. However, earlier today sources close to the Crown Office condemned the huge cost of the operation against Mr Green on the single breach of the peace charge, claiming the level of expenditure by multiple public bodies & law enforcement was unsustainable & unjustified for a simple breach of the peace.

Legal insiders have also pointed out the record amount of time it has taken to bring the case to trial, raises doubts over whether a three year wait for a trial to begin during which sixteen hearings on a single breach of the peace charge have been heard, complies with Article 6 (1) of ECHR where the issue of an accused’ being “entitled to a fair and public hearing within a reasonable time” may have been breached.

One of the more far-fetched accusations which has been levelled against me is that I am an MI5 agent. I am amazed that anyone could be stupid enough to think this. They must be as befuddled and confused as I am.

I did once apply for a job with MI5 only to find out when I arrived at the interview that it was actually MFI. Needless to say, I didn't get the job. Who would want to employ someone as disgusting and ignorant as me ?

Having realised that I was completely unemployable, I found myself a new hobby - reading stories about children who have been abused. This is why I started Stolen Kids and for a while I was able to convince people that I was something I was not.

I told the world that I was a Cambridge graduate, a former Royal Green Jacket, who had travelled the world and was a leading campainer against child-abuse and injustice. When people began to realise that this was all lies, I got very angry and started calling them all horrible names.

I did exactly the same thing with UKIP when they twigged I was a Walter Mitty - style fantasist. It gives me great comfort to now be able to admit that I am a complete failure in all aspects of life with the emotional maturity of a toddler.

We can now move on to the Dunblane Massacre which occurred on the 13th of March 1996 resulting in the death of 15 children, 1 teach and many injured. So what is the connection between this terrible tragedy and Hollie Greig? Both involved a ring of peodophiles and the offender Thomas Hamilton was himself a peodophile.

The other connection being that of Freemasonry which in many cases is at the centre of such activity.

The activities are not only evil and satanic but also reach the highest levels of sexual abuse.

In many cases the poor victims succumb to internal scars both back and front….as was the case of Hollie Greig.

Perhaps this is a good opportunity to discuss the contents of a Sunday Herald that was removed from the archive section…..I wonder why?

After the Dunblane Massacre there was much correspondence between Labour and Tories regarding Thomas Hamilton alleged involvement with the Freemasons. The bulk of this correspondence is now sealed away for the next 100 years and yet again we have some clear pointers that this case should be re opened for further inquiry.

One letter in particular linked in with Thomas Hamilton and was sent by George Robertson (Then head of NATO) and Michael Forsyth who was Secretary of State for Scotland…..as we have said so many times before….how high do you want to go?

It was first thought that this 100-year suppression had only been placed on one police report into Hamilton which allegedly named high-profile politicians and legal figures. The Sunday Herald investigation revealed that 106 documents, which were submitted to the Dunblane inquiry in 1996, were also placed under the 100-year rule.

The Scottish Executive has claimed the 100-year secrecy order was placed on the Central Police report, which was drafted in 1991 five years before the murders, to protect the identities of children named in the report. Hamilton had allegedly abused a number of children prior to his 1996 gun attack on Dunblane primary school in which 16 primary one children and a teacher died before Hamilton turned his gun on himself. It was interested to read this fact because the suppression in this case may well have saved their lives by bringing Hamilton and others to trial…….this sounds so familiar with the current situation with Hollie i.e. those offenders are still on the loose and the Sheriff of Aberdeen still holds his office.

One letter is listed as “Copy of letter from Thomas Hamilton to Dunblane parents regarding boys’ club, and flyer advertising Dunblane Boys’ Sports Club. Both sent to Rt Hon Michael Forsyth, MP, Secretary of State for Scotland, by George Robertson MP.” Also closed under the 100-year rule is a “submission to Lord James Douglas Hamilton, MP, Minister of State at the Scottish Office, concerning government evidence to the Inquiry.”

Another document relates to correspondence between the clerk of the Dunblane inquiry, which was presided over by Lord Cullen, and a member of the public regarding “possible affiliations of Thomas Hamilton with Freemasonry … and copy letters from Thomas Hamilton.”

SNP deputy justice minister, Michael Matheson, said: “The explanation to date about the 100 -year rule was that it was put in place to protect the interests of children named in the Central Police report. How can that explanation stand when children aren’t named? The 100-year rule needs to be re-examined with respect to all documents.”

Matheson also wrote to the then Lord Advocate, Colin Boyd (24 February 2000 until his resignation on 4 October 2006), asking why the 100-year rule applies and how it can be revoked. He didn’t get a response. He also asked the then First Minister Jack McConnell to explain the reasons for the 100-year order but received ‘no substantial answer’. Matheson wrote to Colin Boyd a second time, in the light of the discovery that more than 100 other documents are also sealed, asking him to account for the decision.

At the time a spokeswomen for the Crown Office said: “In consultation with the Crown Office and the Scottish Office, Lord Cullen agreed that in line with the age of some of the individuals involved and named in the inquiry, the closure period would be 100 years. The Lord Advocate is considering issuing a redacted copy of the productions, which would blank out identifying details of children and their families. A decision on this has yet to be made.”

We can see time and time again that despite these probing request the Scottish Legal system suppressed all inquires not only regarding this Dunblame Massacre but also continue on in a similar way with Hollie Greig!!

The Crown Office denied that they have been suppressed because they revealed links between the killer and a number of prominent Scots…….do you really believe that?

Charlie Clydesdale, whose daughter Victoria was killed, said “an explanation should be given. I would really like to see what was in it.”

Mr Clydesdale questioned the length of the ban and described his family’s frustrations. He said: “I’m not going to be around and my children aren’t going to be around. “I would really like to see what was in it, but I’m surprised there was one and shocked there was such a length of time put on it.”

Scottish National Party MSP Michael Matheson wants the ban reconsidered in light of the new freedom of information legislation and this “Secrecy order”

Mr Matheson said he has sought clarification from the Lord Advocate Colin Boyd QC. The MSP told BBC Scotland: “I think it’s surprising that in this day and age we find ourselves with 100-year secrecy order being applied to a police report.

“Keeping in mind that Cabinet papers are only classified for 30 years, I want to find out what the legal status of this act is. I am sure that we all agree with him that it is certainly time to break open this case, Hollie’s case and many other cases in Scotland to reveal the truth behind Scotland’s cover-up and how they are all inter related to a huge peodophile ring that I am sure stretches from Scotland all the way down to Westminster.

The MSP went on to say “There are more documents covered by the 100-year rule than this police report. Some of them have nothing whatsoever to do with children. We need to look at why such a lengthy ban has been imposed on them. “I have been contacted by a number of families affected by the tragedy who are anxious to ensure this information becomes public. And so far we have no guarantee that it will. We only have a review.”

The report banned under the 100-year rule was com piled by Paul Hughes, then a detective sergeant with Central Scotland police, and concerns Thomas Hamilton’s activities at a summer camp in Loch Lomond in 1991, five years before the shootings.

Selected extracts published during the Cullen inquiry revealed it recommended that Hamilton should be prosecuted for his activities at the summer camp and that he should have his gun licence revoked.

The report, however, was ignored. Although Lord Cullen referred to it in his inquiry, it does not feature in the index or appendices to his final report.

Consent from Lord Cullen is not needed to overturn his ruling. “The decision is a matter for the lord advocate,” said a crown office spokesman.

If the report is published – as now seems likely – the names of the politicians and lawyers it contains will not be blanked out.

“It is important we make available, if it is at all possible, any information that is available about people in the public eye,” said the Scottish first minister, Jack McConnell.

There has been much speculation about the identity of the politicians in the report. It is known that in June 1996 Michael Forsyth, then Scottish secretary and MP for Stirling, congratulated Hamilton on running a boys’ club in Dunblane.

George Robertson, the then general secretary of NATO, withdrew his son from a club run by Hamilton amid concern about its militaristic nature.

No time frame has been given for the lord advocate’s review, but campaigners say he must publish it in as full a form as possible. “I don’t know whether this is cover-up or just a culture of secrecy, but we need to publish this report to put everyone’s minds at rest,” Mr Matheson said.

It would be extremely interesting to see a new drive by the “Hollie Army” to force the New Lord Advocate, Elish Agionlini, to open up all these related cases into a full public inquiry……”Don’t hold your breath.”

Operation Ore, the United Kingdom’s most thorough and comprehensive police investigation of crimes against children, seems to have uncovered more than is politically acceptable at the highest reaches of the British elite.

In the 19th of January edition of The Sunday Herald, Neil Mackay sensationally reported that senior members of Tony Blair’s government were being investigated for paedophilia and the “enjoyment” of child-sex pornography:

“The Sunday Herald has also had confirmed by a very senior source in British intelligence that at least one high-profile former Labour Cabinet minister is among Operation Ore suspects. The Sunday Herald has been given the politician’s name but, for legal reasons, can not identify the person.

There are still unconfirmed rumours that another senior Labour politician is among the suspects. The intelligence officer said that a ‘rolling’ Cabinet committee had been set up to work out how to deal with the potentially ruinous fall-out for both Tony Blair and the government if arrests occur.”

The allegations are the most serious yet leveled at an administration that prides itself on the inclusion in its ranks of a high quota of controversial and flamboyant homosexual men, and whose First Lady, Cherie Blair, has come under the spotlight for her indulgence in pagan rituals that resemble Freemasonic rites. QUESTION: Was there a case pending against a senior politician linking him with Thomas Hamilton and paedophile activities, which was suppressed ‘because’ of the election?

QUESTION: Did George Robertson MP., now Lord Robertson head of N.A.T.O., as is alleged, support the application for a Firearms Certificate for Thomas Hamilton, stating him to be a man ’suitable and of good character’. George Robertson was at the time an MP.

Should this be established?

QUESTION: Was George Robertson ‘leant on’ to make the support.

QUESTION: Would this explain the ‘over the top’ vociferous activities of George Robertson MP, AFTER the Dunblane tragedy, against legal firearms and in breach of The Bill of Rights and existing legal legislation.

QUESTION: What documents are being suppressed?

QUESTION: Was there any connection between any of the following e.g. membership of the same Masonic Lodge:

Thomas Hamilton, any Police Officer in the case, any Cabinet Minister, any MP or Lord Cullen?

QUESTION: Did then Sergeant, now Inspector, Hughes write a report [believed to be 7 pages long] condemning Hamilton as unsuitable as a Firearms Certificate holder.

QUESTION: Was Mr. MacMurdo, the Assistant Chief Constable of Central Police, responsible for the rejection of recommendations that Hamilton should not be issued a Firearms Certificate.

QUESTION: Why was Hamilton granted a Firearms Certificate when he was KNOWN to be of unsound and unstable character?

QUESTION: Why was this not shown in detail in Lord Cullen’s Report? Surely this was a major constituent point that such a Report should have addressed.

DEDUCTIONS: We believe we know the identities of ALL concerned in terms of incriminated by this information.

Anne Greig told the Guardian how her ‘whole life fell into a black hole’ when her daughter with Down's Syndrome first told her she had been raped by a paedophile ring.

It was in 2000 when Hollie Greig, now 30, confided the alleged abuse to Anne. She told her mum that she had been been attacked regularly since 1986.

Hollie had not told Anne because her gang of attackers allegedly told her that they would kill her pet dog and mum if she recounted the violations.

When the abuse started at six, Hollie, because of her Down’s Syndrome, did not have the speech skills to tell her mum.

Anne, who now lives in Shropshire, said: “To hear your little girl who is partially deaf, was born with heart problems and developed sclerosis of the spine at 12, got through all of that but was being abused since the age of six - my whole life fell into a black hole.”

Anne immediately went to the police on 19 May 2000 and by August Hollie had named 16 abusers and two other victims, allegedly children of one of the paedophiles aged two and three. After getting a psychiatrist to confirm that Hollie was a reliable witness Anne returned to the police, but they only ever interviewed two suspects.

In September, to her ‘horror’, Anne was sectioned and accused of being schizophrenic. She believes this was an attempt to discredit her as a mother.

“To my horror I woke up in a mental hospital with doctors taking blood out of my arm - the worst thing was with me in there Hollie could end up back with her attackers.”

Anne was released from hospital and was certified mentally stable by Dr Ellen Smith who said there was ‘absolutely nothing wrong’ with her, according to Anne. Her solicitor Yvonne McKenna wrote to the Mental Welfare Commission and was told there was no record of Anne’s sectioning. She is convinced there is a conspiracy to prevent her getting Hollie’s case heard and even said that her brother, Robert Greig, was murdered in 1997 after walking in on Hollie being abused. His death was recorded as suicide via smoke inhallation but an autopsy report recently secured by Anne apparently shows that Robert suffered a broken back and fractured skull just before he died.

Anne has now been left fighting for justice against what she perceives as a ‘huge cover up’.

“It’s diabolical, a disgrace, the whole system is corrupt - no solicitor will take the case as there has been a huge cover up.

“These were people I thought of as friends and abuse was going on behind my back.

“Hollie watches cartoons where the baddies get caught and she can’t understand why, after telling the truth, nothing is happening.”

Thank you for having the guts to publish this story, I am at a complete loss as to why the mainstream media are not all over it considering there is no D Notice served. This girl deserves justice and every MP in the UK knows what is going on. They should hang their heads in shame the way they have passed the buck consistently. I hope they are all quaking in their boots now that the public have become enlightened with regards to what is REALLY happening in this country.

Hollie's story is being seen and heard throughout the world, this is a global issue, the facebook group is full of information about child abuse and missing children that has been covered up, in Australia, Canada, usa, South America, Germany, Sweden, Africa (the missionary orphanages).....the list goes on, .....all eyes are on on the power's that are manipulating and controling this situation.

Thanks Cheshire for covering this story, none of the major papers or tv companies will touch it, they are quite happy to see these sorts of things going on and the judiciary and politicians in Scotland just want to continue to sweep this under the carpet in the hope that it'll go away....but it won't!! Anyone reading Hollie and Anns story could help them by e mailing their own MP's and MEP's. This has to be investigated!!

UK, March 21, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) - There is so much to write about…… the terrible abuse of a little Down Syndrome girl at the tender age of 6…..the murder of her dear uncle…..the lack of justice….the lack of media attention and the continuous harassment in trying to get this unbelievable story before the courts.

It must bring to light the incredible strength of a mothers love for her daughter and her sheer determination to keep nibbling away at the very foundation of the Scottish Government and the failure of its justice system.

In some respects it becomes almost impossible not to become emotional as to how such a girl and her mum continue to deal with this fight against authority and peodophilia. The size of this problem is beyond imagination and reaches to the highest authority in all walks of life. One could even say it casts a shadow on the ability of politicians to be representative of their country and their respective regions.

The followers of Hollie and this story continues to increase despite the lack of response from the gagged media. We are now approaching 18,000 and it is clear that this fight may well reach a successful conclusion and dear Hollie and her mum will have there day in court.

In the meantime we at the Palestine Telegraph continue to access information and continue our search for the truth. We are in touch with organisations in the US and elsewhere who deal with this particular subject and frantically search for more evidence and involvement. The priority at the moment is to secure a copy of the FBI’s British Peodophile list which was handed over to the UK police during the Blair regime but was suppressed because it named some very senior political figures.

We have heard that D Notices were served on the many media outlets but in actual fact this (if it was done) is totally illegal and can only be served by those authorised to do so and within certain parameters. This is a response in regard to a D Notice enquiry:

I wish to make it clear that there is absolutely no truth in the statement repeated in your e-mail below that the 'Blair government…issued a D-Notice to gag the press from revealing the names of known paedophiles within the British executive'. No 'D Notice' advice has ever been issued in connection either with the Hollie Greig case or the naming of paedophiles, as these issues fall far outside Defence Advisory Notice concerns. Those concerns deal only with the disclosure of national security information which falls within the guidelines set by the five Standing DA Notices

(see www.dnotice.org.uk). Moreover, the Government does not issue 'D Notices', I do. And I do so on behalf of the Defence Press and Broadcasting Advisory Committee, which is an independent body, composed of senior officials and media leaders, the latter being in the great majority.

As you can clearly see, as I have always thought, that naming names is in the interest of “National Security” and not against it.

The reason for writing this statement is to draw attention to the UK Media that you are all falsely hiding behind some hidden agenda and it is for your own reasons that you choose not to make Hollie Greig’s story public and also withhold the FBI list of known peodophiles. We at the Palestine Telegraph assure our readers that we will obtain a copy of this document and that we will publish it when we are in a position to do so. The Sunday Herald did receive a copy of this list as did other papers and so it is our intention to throw down the gauntlet and challenge you to stand up and be counted.

So today is a very special day when Hollie and her mum Anne visit Berwick and meet with as many of her Scottish supporters as is possible. Obviously some of the other supporter will make this very long journey. I myself wanted to be there but owing to my current sickness was not able to endure the drive……I also decided that putting out another story would be much more beneficial to the cause than spending hours driving such long distances. I believe that Hollie and her mum will organise another event in England so that the thousands of followers can meet up with this very brave couple.

It is with much emotion that I rush this press release out in time for that special meeting that is taking place right on the border with Scotland….the very place that is gagging true justice. Scotland’s pride has been damaged by the terrible act against a defenceless girl and I am sure that being so close to the border will obviously annoy the Scottish Authority and the Grampian Police. In passing lets not forget that there are many other stories in Scotland just like Hollies that have been swept under the carpet….last but not least the Dunblane Massacre that is very much connected to this story.

We at the Palestine Telegraph have much more to talk about on this issue and its is amazing how much information keeps drifting in without asking for it……the residents of Scotland are awaking to Hollies case as are the remaining people in the UK and it is for that reason that they feel obliged to pass on vital information to the Palestine Telegraph.

I would urge people to continue to pass on any concerns or information to use so that we can continue to keep printing the story of peodophilia in Scotland until we have all nipped it in the bud!

We would also like to ask anyone from the legal sector to come forward and help in bringing justice for Hollie and her mum……obviously we would prefer someone suitably qualified in this particular area and who will provide their time free of charge until this case is back in the courts……I am sure you would appreciate that if and when this case does move forward the reward would be significant and all of your efforts would be covered. Finally on this special day I would like to send my own sincere greeting to dear Hollie and mother Anne and to thank you for your courage. I and the staff at the Palestine Telegraph and all the residents of Palestine wish you well in your fight for justice and sincerely hope this reaches a successful conclusion.

I have also been inspired by the work of David Icke and the effort he makes in bringing justice to this world. He uses a special song from Les Miserable “Do you hear the people sing”……..I do not wish to take anything away from this wonderful man but this song is very powerful and motivational. Why are Politicians and Media so tight lip

UK, March 20, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) -There is much more to discuss on the Hollie Story but as promised in my last article I though I would break away from the main theme and discuss why all the Politicians and the Media remain so tight lipped? What is it that they fear?

I guess this question is in two parts – is it fear from the Scottish Legal System and there associated lawyers such as Levy & McCrae and Simpson and Marwick or is it the fact that Peodophilia is rife in all political parties……one would have to look at the FBI list of British Peodophiles to get the answer to that, but I am sure we all have a pretty good idea as to who they are!

Let’s just dwell on the media gagging and look at the implications or should I say the lack of implications.

A member decided to do a small phone in to a couple of leading papers just to get a feel of the mood. The first one was a leading Scottish paper who during the conversation actually shot themselves in the foot. This was the basis of that conversation. The question was to the newsroom…”I would like to discuss with you a story I would like your paper to cover….it’s a story regarding peodophilia…its based around a case called Hollie Greig……have you heard of Hollie Greig”? The reply was “Yes I have”…”When is your paper going to publish this article”?.....The newsroom replied “Which article”….. “An article that I would hope your paper would wish to publish regarding the case of Hollie Greig” ……..the newspaper then asked “What is your connection to the case” ….. “What is my interest in the case?.....I am an interesting father….a human being”………. “One of getting on to 20,000 people up and down the country who are concerned about peodophilia of a young Down Syndrome woman for 14 years of her life…..that my interest”

The newpaper responded…... “Its a story we are aware of and it’s a story that we repeatedly get phone about, perhaps from yourself and one or two other people”..At this stage they shot them selves in the foot when the paper went on to say “ It’s very difficult for us to write a story saying a Sheriff is a convicted Peodophile without the newspaper being brought to court and sued and going out of existance. You will note here that we have not said that the Sheriff is a convicted Peodophile....all we have said is that, given the evidence so far, he would be classified as a potential offender pending investigation.

The conversation continued as follows….The paper concerned then said “That if the Sheriff concerned was found guilty of Peodophilia that a very different matter but we cannot go around slinging allegations around that are not backed up in a court of law…and until that’s the case its difficult for us to do anything” the person asking the questions then said “There is something called investigative reporting” the newspaper responded by saying “thank you for informing us of that, we are well aware of it that there is such a thing…however, if there is no basis, its not something that we can run, we are well aware of your campaign…were getting phone calls all the time for you but frankly we can’t run stories accusing people of things that are not backed up in law”……we then asked “Don’t accuse them..it’s a simple point…do not accuse them…who’s accusing them?....the campaign is not about accusing so much …it’s about the fact that if people are not guilty…they do not surpress it…they come out and make a statement…that is the point.”

The newspaper responded: “The other thing is that the Sheriff should come out and say I am not a peodophile”…..we then said “What I am saying in one form or another the Scottish Government should be saying…look we understand that there are many up and down the country who are concerned about this issue whom seem to have a belief or and understanding of what has been going on in this case and if their not bringing it to court then they must make a statement…because you know…I am just one and all I am doing is asking questions…I am saying why is my government if they have nothing to hide…..its like ID cards….the people you and me are told if you have nothing to hide you’ve got nothing to fear so then turn that on the government and say if you got nothing to hide you’ve got nothing to fear…but the government, Levy & McCrae etc etc seem to have one hell of a lot to fear….now all I am saying is, Ask the Question, its only questions, you cannot get sued for asking questions……the newspaper responded “By asking what questions”?....we then said asking what questions?....you are a reporter, you should know how to frame questions…the paper replied “what question have you carried out a peodophile case”?.... “well yes we replied”…the newspaper then said “what if they replied no we haven’t…then were do we go from there”? we responded by saying “that’s not the point…the point is not what their answer is…the point is bringing it to the publics attention…that’s your job…the paper finally replied “I understand very well and also understand my job thank you very much…can I take your name again”?...we replied “Why are you so interested in my name”…they replied “Because I take an interest in the people that phone up the newspaper with a campaign that they want to promote….you told me earlier..what is your name again…etc etc

On can clearly see from thiattempt to get a leading newspaper to run this story that it was like talking to a brick wall……to even ask how one could do this shows the level of media training carried out in house…..the whole situation is an embarrassment to a leading newspaper!

We then moved on with the next attempt to contact a leading British Newspaper…we were asked what it was about and then asked for the news desk…..the call was picked up by administration who was rather abrupt all the way through and had no intention of passing the call through to the news desk….the repeated comment was that you will have to write in……this person then hung up on the caller…..it was obvious that this paper had something to fear!

Another call was made to another well know British newspaper and asked to speak with the editor or the news desk……initially we got the answer phone….rang again. Eventually after a long delay got the news desk…the person identified who there were and the following was said “Iam calling up today with respect to the Hollie Greig issue, now Iam just calling to ask you for the, you know, this thing is going to just explode very soon”….. the news desk interupted “ On what issue”?... “The Hollie Greg issue…the news desk repeated back the wrong name and again it was repeated “The Hollie Greig issue”….the news desk responded “Hollie Graig..oh right yes”…we confirmed “yes the Hollie Greig…is that an issue..ha ha ”? So basically you know, at the end of the day this thing is going to explode”

“The Palestine Telegraph is churning out the detail on the case and there are potentially one or two other newspapers that are interested in it…now what I am trying to understand is why your newspaper would not wish to cover this story”?...there was then a deathly silence and the person came back saying … “I am completely confused…I don’t quite understand what you are talking about”?...the newspaper was then asked… “Well you’ve heard of the Hollie Graig case, Yes?…in Aberdeen”? the newspaper responded... “No I haven’t”

Our response was “Oh I see…ok…well…..it may be of interest to you then….the Hollie Greig in Aberdeen is or was a young Down Syndrome girl of 6 years of age…and for fourteen years of her life…she’s now 30….it’s on going at the moment..fourteen years of her life she was serially raped..her father started it and seemingly there was a peodophile ring within the Grampian region..now that peodophile ring seems to stretch into..it seems to..it is alleged to stretch into areas of

the Scottish Government…now as you can probably understand there’s a lot of media outlets that just do not want to touch this story….however, they gave all kinds of reasons which really don’t stack up, those reasons being that no one has actually been charged guilty in the case …at this stage the newspaper interrupted and said “I have now looked at it and to be honest its not one for us but thank you very much indeed”…we respon

ded “OK, can I ask why?....at this point the newspaper hung up on the caller!

A final well known paper was then contacted…it was answered by the news desk who asked “what could I do for you”? “I’m just calling to ask whether you are looking at and considering anything on the Hollie Greig story”?..the reply “no were not at the moment I’m afraid no”….our response was “Why is that”?....the reply…”Right well I’m sorry do we have to give you a reason”?....our reply “No, but I’m just thinking in terms of you published stories on Madeleine McCann” …the news desk interrupted….. “I tell you why and this is not a definite why..because at the end of the day the Editors decision is always final….two different police investigations have cleared the people involved that have been named by certain parties that’s why”…or reply “They’ve cleared them”?....the reply “Yes two different police investigations”….We again asked “But have you looked into the”….again we were interrupted with the response “It is not our job to do that…it’s the polices job to do that…not us…were reporters…our response again “Yes I know, I know but having said that”…again interrupted “We do not investigate crimes we report crimes we do not investigate”….again they were asked “So you do not do investigative reports”?. the response..”We do it on certain occasions but not when it comes to things like that…..when you are talking about child abuse etc no we don’t do that no”…..that something the police should deal with”…..again out question…”

“It’s interesting can I say because you did it with a chap I cant remember his name off hand but he did it in 2005 and 2008 followed the story about a guy”….again the paper interrupted and said “I’m not getting into this we are not planning on doing anything on Hollie Greig..ok”?.....we said “What about the terrorism for instance that you have reported on in the past”?....they replied “ Sir I am not going to get into…you’ve asked me a question and I’ve told you we are not planning on running anything on Hollie Grieg..ok”….we replied “Yes I know but”. again interupted “OK “ we continue “The reasons for it are because you are not”…again interupted “We do not have to give you a reason for it sir I’m afraid”…by this time conversation was getting somewhat difficult and again our response “ You don’t”?.....they said “there are plenty of stories that are good ones and we don’t have to give reasons….that’s not the business of newspapers”…our response continued “So what is your business then”?.....”sigh I’m not getting into this with you” again our contact comment was “Hang on”…..they then closed off by saying “I think we have helped you as much as we can” to which our response was

that I don’t think you have helped me at all”….they closed down by saying “

I’m sorry you feel that way but we are not planning on running anything on Hollie Graig…I have answered your question…sorry about that ok…thankyou goodbye and hung up!

My thanks go out to the person that carried out these interviews…it was so vital to try to understand the mindset of the media in Britain….and we rang some of the most leading papers in the country.

One newspaper is reporting on one aspect of this story on the question of gagging. The Press and Journal said the following today:

“Sheriff gets court order to silence abuse claim”

An Aberdeen sheriff has obtained a gagging order against a would-be MP who has accused him of abusing a young, disabled girl. The sheriff’s lawyers, Edinburgh-based Simpson and Marwick, have now successfully applied to the Court of Session in Edinburgh for an interim interdict preventing Mr. Green from continuing his campaign. The interdict also prevents Mr. Green from claiming that the sheriff was involved in the “murder” of Hollie’s uncle, Robert Greig, who died in a car fire in 1997. Yesterday however we read the following in the same paper:

FREEDOM of speech is one of the most closely-guarded of the rapidly-dwindling rights of British citizens. The right to speak one’s mind without fear of being thrown into a prison cell is a fundamental component of democratic society.

That being the case, it is inevitable that people will, on occasions, abuse that right, subjecting innocent people to wild and highly-damaging accusations. Such would appear to be the position with regard to Aberdeen sheriff Graham Buchanan, who has been forced to seek a court interdict preventing the lay adviser to a young disabled girl from publicly accusing him of abusing her and of participating in the death of her uncle, who was found dead in a burning car.

Whilst talking on the media…..we at the Palestine Telegraph came under a massive attack that took down our web this morning…..the technicians managed to get it working…sort of…but again it was under attach and has been all day……I can disclose that the offender had an IP address of 195.224.127.34 and someone had reason to believe it was in Basingstoke…..however when I check myself it came up as Central London…..I asked the Director to report this to the police as it is a crime…they have a computer investigation section and to find an IP is a very basic exercise for them…..just for the record we were given an Incident Number which is CM 1903895/10 19/3/2010…..don’t hold your breath hey?.....so this is still ongoing so

we at the Palestine Telegraph hope this does not go on too long and we hope you will stand by us during this difficult time.

We can also now look at the tight lipped political sector who have all totally ignored not only the Palestine Telegraph but also the numerous emails from the “Hollie Army”……I have copied all my articles to Brown, Cameron and Clegg as well as to a few other prominent members…….I have also written many many times to Ester Rantzen and again no response. I am shocked that you have not attempted to become involved in the terrible case of Hollie Greig. We are looking at the satanic rape of an innocent girl from the age of 6 years for a period of 14 years. She was gang raped by not only her father and brother but also by a greater peodophile ring in the City of Aberdeen and you have been made aware of this case. My question to you as the First Minister for Scotland is why have you not become involved in this case or any other member of the Scottish Government.

This will not go away and our numbers are growing to reach around 20,000 by this weekend. I strongly urge you to nip this in the bud without delay and open up this Hollie Case as soon as possible.

Based on this statement alone how can you ignore the Hollie Greig Case?

Are you aware that this activity is not just contained within Scotland but is rife throughout the country?

It is your duty of care, as a potential politician, to abide by your own declared agenda and in that context alone you have to respond to the extremely disturbing story.

The case of Hollie Greig will not go away. Our numbers are growing each and every day with our numbers likely to reach around 20,000 by this weekend.

I strongly urge you to nip this in the bud without delay and show the ethical and moral side of politics that many fail to indentify.

One would normally expect a story of gang rape and peodophelia linked with a murder to take centre stage in the media, but not in this case. This story would be classified as a “Scoop” and only the Palestine Telegraph has so far had the courage to publish this story on almost a daily basis…….why is this so?

So there you have it, everyone is totally extremely tight lipped on the topic of Hollie Greig but we in the Palestine Telegraph continue the exposure of this big cover up at so many levels. I am sure that the ever growing “Hollies Army” are all fired up and ready to go into battle……for the Scots over the border…remember “Brave Heart” and don’t let this scum tarnish the good name of Scotland. I am informed that The Sunday Herald will be carrying a story saying that solicitor Peter Watson is a shareholder in Media House. It appears that they are trying to suggest, following the Steven Purcell affair, that he has a conflict of interests because of his advisory role with several newspaper groups.

The Sunday Herald’s Managing Director Mr Tim Blott was presented with documentary proof yesterday that Mr Watson is a trustee for my children and as such has no pecuniary advantage in Media House.

I reported The Sunday Herald to the PCC last week for failing to contact me and allow me to present my side of the story over the handling of the Purcell affair. The result was a one sided hatchet job by Tom Gordon and Paul Hutcheon.

It appears they have learned nothing and I have only learned of this evening’s story from my newspaper sources.

Strangely the original questions concerning the shareholdings came yesterday from Richard Draycott, Editor of The Drum, a small circulation magazine. Equally strangely Mr Draycott had to be brought to heel recently over another magazine in his group, The Firm, which made lurid allegations against senior Scottish law officers. The lawyer involved in curbing Mr Draycott’s irresponsible approach was none other than Mr Peter Watson.

Appleton man's fight to get justice for Hollie

AN Appleton man is caught up in the centre of a storm concerning the alleged sexual abuse of a girl with Down’s Syndrome by a paedophile ring.

The case was taken to police when Hollie’s claims first came to light in 2000, but the investigation failed because it lacked ‘credible evidence’ even though, the family claims,Hollie pinpointed her attackers, which included people in positions of trust.

Grampian Police have been asked to re-start the investigation on various occasions by Anne Greig, Hollie’s mum.

Mr Green believes that key facts in the case are being covered up as senior figures are implicated in the case.

Mr Green was first put in contact with Anne in 2008 by the Scotland Against Crooked Lawyers group which had been advising her on what action could be taken.

He then became the Greigs’ legal advisor and is now standing as an independent candidate in the General Election for the Aberdeen South constituency. His election campaign will be solely based on securing justice for the Greigs by ensuring that police investigate the ‘overwhelming’ evidence that Hollie was raped repeatedly since she was a child.

On visiting Aberdeen to continue the campaign last month he was arrested for ‘breach of the peace’, but the charge was backdated to June 9 when he was handing out leaflets. He is currently on bail and unable to return to Aberdeen.

Mr Green, from Birchdale Road, who previously ran Mossley Travel agents in Lymm, is convinced this shows that police are attempting to quash the story from being made public because, he claims, a Grampian officer was named in Hollie’s account of her attackers, of which there were allegedly 16 in total.

He said: “This has been a terrible cover-up of this shocking case by the Scottish Government.

“There is overwhelming evidence that Hollie was raped by a paedophile ring for many years but no-one is prepared to prosecute the people responsible.”
