BBC Hides Truth Of
Girl’s Sexual Abuse Ordeal

BBC Scotland have abruptly dropped their enquiries into the case of Hollie Greig - a Down's Syndrome girl sexually abused by a paedophile ring in Aberdeen. Her ordeal of abuse first started at the age of six and continued with her being passed around a ring of abusers for nearly 10 years.
In June this year, Hollie's Mother Anne was stunned to receive a letter from three members of the BBC Glasgow team stating that they were unable to continue with their work to broadcast the facts concerning Hollie's horrific ordeal.
Their letter was a further blow to the mother who has tried repeatedly to get her daughter's case fully investigated by the police. Although some enquiries have been made, a comprehensive police investigation has still to be carried out.
In fighting for justice for her daughter, Hollie's Mother has been faced with a wall of lies, deliberate obfuscation, and false accusations by Social Services, the Police and her local Health Authority, Her protest ultimately resulted in 10 people, men and women, invading her flat, 'sectioning' her as mentally ill, forcibly injecting her with tranquillisers, and then taking her to a local psychiatric institution. Since Mrs Greig had no previous history
of mental illness their actions would appear designed to silence her. A true fighter, Mrs. Greig continued her campaign for justice upon her release from the psychiatric unit.
What makes the lack of police action particularly suspicious is that Hollie , now 30, although suffering Some learning difficulties, has always been able to describe her ordeal of sexual abuse and rape in detail - including naming some of the men involved.
It is understood that they included a close relative as well as a ring of other people, including a Scottish Judge. Despite working with the mother for some weeks and having open access to documents, medical and other evidence surrounding Hollie's case the BBC suddenly decided to drop their investigation on the basis that:
"We would be unable to defend a libel action from anyone we accused of abuse…… when such a wealth of material exists to suggest that one of our principle contributors suffered mental health problems at the time when the allegations were first made".
Despite having been forcibly injected and dragged into the mental institution, Anne had the foresight to go immediately on her release to an eminent expert in this field Dr. Helen Smith, who pronounced her perfectly sane. This forced the chief clinician at the institution, Dr Alaistair Palin, to retract his earlier diagnosis and agree that Anne had no mental health problems. Both Dr Smith and Dr. Palin confirmed these matters in writing and the BBC team were given copies of these documents right from the beginning of their enquiries.
Therefore, there can be absolutely no excuse for the groundless insinuations contained in the BBC's letter to Anne. BBC Convinced of (Sexual) Abuse What makes the BBC decision so suspicious is that their letter of 10 June 2009 also clearly states:
´We are convinced that Hollie was indeed abused, and we do not dispute the police and professional evidence regarding to what happened to her´So, despite being convinced That Hollie was sexually abused and knowing that as yet no comprehensive investigation had been made by the police, and aware that no-one has been charged with the abuse, the BBC dropped the case on the basis that the mother, not Hollie, is alleged to have 'mental Illness'.
Has the BBC been bought off? Allegations of BBC Cover up This might well be the case, since Mr Robert Green, a friend and lay legal advisor for Hollie and her mother, alleges that a member of the BBC investigation team told him
that they were warned they could loose their jobs if they continued to report on Hollie's case, and other cases involving paedophile abuse in Scotland. BBC Silence and Unanswered Letters Marcus Ryder, the BBC Glasgow Editor responsible for the Hollie investigation was not available for comment on the case yesterday, and earlier letters written to Mark Thompson Director-General and Sir Michael Lyons Chairman BBC Trust by Mr Green, asking why the case was dropped and staff threatened, were never answered.
A curt reply from David Larner Complaints Co- ordinator BBC Information dated 3 July 2009 simply referred the matter to BBC Litigation & Intellectual Property.
Adding insult to injury, the BBC Glasgow investigative team added in their 10 June letter:
"We are extremely sorry to disappoint you (Hollie and Mrs. Greig). As we know that it is Important to you to feel that your Story has been told to highlight The injustice suffered by Hollie And others in similar situations".
From this comment it would appear that the BBC thinks sexual abuse of children is just something that needs to be highlighted.
The fact that Hollie is not only capable of describing who did what to her, but is backed by medical evidence of that sexual abuse, is suddenly and inexplicably lost on the BBC team. This casual and callous BBC view is all the more surprising, since despite there being no comprehensive police investigation, no trial, and no criminal conviction, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority awarded Hollie £13,500. Why should this be? Presumably a sweetener to try and keep her and her mother quiet.
Grampian police blame Procurator Fiscal for lack of prosecution
Grampian Police Chief Inspector Murry Main was recently quoted by the Shropshire Star as saying:
"Decisions in Scotland on whether or not to prosecute are the responsibility of the Procurator Fiscal … If any new Evidence was to come to light we Would re-open the investigation".
Due to the continuing efforts of Hollie, her Mother and Mr. Green, to Obtain justice for Hollie, and their willingness to expose a conspiracy of delay, cover-ups and silence by the police, the Scottish legal system and senior government ministers, Grampian police have recently been forced to (re) investigate the case.
Their new investigation was spured on by an air gun being fired at a window at the family home, in what appears to be yet more intimidation.
The latest police involvement has included a new 3 hour cross examination of Hollie in which she accurately repeated her story concerning people, places and details of her abusers, including names. Hollie and her Mother await the next steps, but fear another cover-up by the police and Scottish establishment to protect the paedophiles involved.

It appears that paedophile rings are now operating at the highest levels of our Government, Judiciary and Public Services.
That the BBC is now prepared to hide the truth concerning Hollie's sexual assault from their programme audiences, is despicable.
Hollie remains a vulnerable abused victim of a paedophile ring, who has been denied justice of any form.

Sadly as time has progressed and more and more Facts have come to light the dirth of evidence substantiating the 'STORIES' surrounding Hollie Greig has become ever more apparent.
It is my personal opinion that, having studied this subject for over 18 months and read every item I have been able to obtain - There seems to be absolutely NO admissible valid evidence substantiating the sexual abuse of Hollie Greig.
We now learn Hollieis not only a Down's Syndrome patient but has a mental age assessed at around 3.1/2.
It is claimed Hollie can not lie being a Down's Patient but this is clearly untrue, were the 'STORIES' true, as she lied to her mother for a claimed 14 years!
That Hollie's Mother taking care of her 24/7 and her Doctor etc. failed to be aware from age 6 - 20 that Hollie had been regularly gang raped by adults is no longer plausible to me and it is unsupported by valid admissible evidence or in 2 Police Inquiries and a Police Complaints Procedure CLICK HERE.
I can NOT accept the hypothisis led that over 1,000 people have colluded in a cover-up without a single leak.
I am therefore am left with the inescapable conclusion that I was originally duped myself and despite the evidence now made clear there are many dishonest people still promoting what is to me clearly a pack of lies. It would seem the 'STORIES' are the fabrication of her mother in some disturbed state, similar to Munchausen Disease by Proxy & a cross between anger and vengeance.
